Single family or multi family, short term vacation or long term lease. Abaco House is the rental for you. Located on the exclusive Eastern Shore Penninsula Abaco House offers TWO three bedroom two bathroom fully furnished home style apartments.

Each apartment is independent of the other but makes a great combination for larger parties. Split plan offers a full kitchen, dining, living and full bathroom downstairs and the upper level has three bedrooms and one bathroom. Balcony access from the upper and lower levels to sit back, relax and enjoy. Partitions in between decks & balconies for full privacy.

Sea to Sea enjoyment and dual views from inside and out. Step right off the porch onto a sandy cove beach area with great shallow bottom water swimming on one side and on the other side of the house enjoy some great snorkeling, diving, spear fishing right off of the shore.

Convenient location easy walking distance to the ferry dock and approximately 1/2 mile to restaurants, dive shops, souviner shops and more.

Although they have the same layout Abaco West was recently remodelled with a more modern kitchen and now offers a/c throughout and Abaco East has window units in the bedrooms.

Combined property can accommadte 12 persons in total.

Spring/ Summer and Winter Holiday are ON Season Times generally no discounts are allowed unless staying for longer lengths of time. August 15- December 15 is considered off season, there are selective restaurants and on island activities during this time frame. As reflected above our owners who stay open for this time offer you a 15-20% discount. January 15- February 15 is a mini slow season almost everything is open still from the holidays but it is not that busy on island as holidays are over and spring break has not yet arrived. As reflected most owners offer you a 10% discount during this time.
