Yucca Park is a bright, friendly complex positioned in the heart of Fañabe, close enough to shops,restaurants and just a 3 minute stroll to the beachfront. Yucca’s apartments encircle a large sculptured pool and a decked, terrace café. Once in this luxury, first-floor apartment, look around and you will find yourself surrounded by a tastefully styled African theme. Look up and you will be greeted by vaulted ceilings with beams throughout. If you like to take breakfast on the balcony, simply walk through the bedroom and enjoy the morning sun, which continues to attract warmth throughout the daytime. Should you prefer your dinner in the sunshine al fresco style, simply walk through the living room and enjoy your evening meal on the apartment’s second balcony. Though security is rarely an issue, a round the clock English-speaking reception provides that extra assurance.

Fanabe is blessed with a beautiful promenade which is well lit and perfect for people watching or to walk off that evening meal. Walking left from the apartment the promenade stretches as far as Los Cristianos and should you choose to turn right it stretches as far as La Caleta.The centrepiece of this chic neighbourhood is the celebrity favourite Gran Hotel Melia Bahia del Duque, which enjoys lavish décor and extravagant architecture. Should you head this way, don't ignore the terrific little restaurants en-route. The beachfront itself hosts a number of watersport activities from snorkelling to scuba diving to parascending. And you’ll discover trips to see everything from Teide to La Gomera or to see creatures as diverse as bottle-nosed dolphins to over 300 species of parrots. Attracting the more up market clientele and the high-spending golf fraternity this resort on the fringes of Costa Adeje is most definitely gaining a reputation for high-quality hospitality.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rates quoted are based on two adults. For a third and fourth person £50 each
    To secure your booking a £50 non refundable deposit is required by cheque or bank transfer to the owner and the balance due 8 weeks prior to departure. A refundable deposit of £100 is taken to cover any breakages and the return of the key when the final balance is due.
    The apartment is available at 3pm on the date of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on departure. (In the event that no one is arriving in after yourself, a later departure time can be discussed with the owners).
    The owner accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury or accident whether personal or otherwise suffered by you while staying at the apartment and recommends you take out suitable insurance before traveling.
  • Rental rates include linen and towels only, you will need to provide your own beach towel. A safe and key iare provided. In the event of the safe key being lost £15 will be deducted from your deposit.

    Long lets of 3 weeks or more charged at £225 per week.



    Xmas and New Year £385 per week. 3rd or 4th person £50 each.

    Holiday cancelled within 43-56 days - Amount of total holiday cost reimbursed = 25%
    Holiday cancelled within 29-42 days - Amount of total holiday cost reimbursed = 15%
    Holiday cancelled within 0-28 days - Amount of total holiday cost reimbursed = 0%

Notes: The TV provides BBC1, BBC2, ITV, CH4, CH5 and some sports channels. One stand up fan in the lounge and one portable fan for the bedroom Though there is no washing machine in the apartment itself, washing facilities exist just 20 metres away for €2 to wash and €2 to dry. Bath and hand towels are provided, but you will need to provide your own beach towels. The nearest Internet facilities are situated in an amusement arcade just beyond the Sol Sun Beach Hotel (60 matres away). For wi-fi access, the Wigan Pier Pub provides these facilities 15 minutes walk away. The apartment is situated on the first floor (no-one above) and has just 15 steps to climb. Two squash courts are also located on the complex.
