Very large condo, 750 SgF, 1 bedroom, dining room, 1 full bath, full kitchen, large closet, intracoastal view, literally 10 steps to the beach, newly renovated historical hotel, restaurants and cafes are near by and located along the boardwalk, family friendly, smoking is only allowed outside, big heated pool for hotel guests only, gym, reseptionist, mail box, free WiF. Beach with white sand and clear water. Great weather is a year long. Everything to enjoy your vacation.

This condo is owned by '10 Steps to the Beach LLC', family operated company. Kristina Thompson is an owner.

Your spacious condo is located right in The Hollywood Beach Resort, which is directly on The famous Hollywood Beach and Boardwalk. The Hollywood Beach Resort Cruise Port Hotel is a beachfront historical hotel located at the southern end of Port Everglades Cruise Port in Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood Beach -- also referred as the “Grand Lady”, built in 1925 by the world renown Rubish and Hunter architects similar to the Mediterranean Revival Style popularized by Adison Mizner, the society architect of the Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach and the famed Biltmore Hotel located in Miami, Florida. The Hollywood Beach Resort Cruise Port Hotel has completed the initial stage of its historic restoration project. The project began in September 2008 and the $3 million phase has recently been completed. This phase incorporated new hallways that include new doors, soffits, antique decorative lighting, paint, beautiful patterned carpets and a historic photo gallery located on each floor. The lobby also received antique tin ceiling tiles and 1920 circa furniture and decorative lighting.

We thoroughly enjoyed our family beach vacation making Hollywood Beach Hotel our home for the week. When we arrived, everything was just as we expected....and more! This apartment is immaculate, very clean, well equipped and wonderfully decorated. The bedroom was spacious! The kitchen cupboards had all of the necessary items used for cooking. We walked to the beach every day, and also visited the beautiful pool in the afternoons. We spent a lot of time outside walking/running in boardwalk. It's just beautiful! The location is very convenient, only few steps to the beach, groceries and retail shopping. Kristina was so helpful with my last minute reservation. None of us wanted to leave. We can't wait to visit again!!!

Nice apartment

The apartment is very nice. The bedroom is very large. The sleeper couch is king size and very, very comfortable.

We were unable to use the pool as it was being refurbished. The pool in the building next doors was nice but the water was not heated.

We were there during Hurricane Sandy, so no swimming in the ocean was permitted. A bummer!

There are lots of restaurants and stores nearby, in walking distance. I can recommend the Thai restaurant next doors. Also had a good meal and beer at the Organic Brewery.

I hope to come back soon when the weather is nicer, the pool is open and swimming in the ocean is allowed.

Absolutely a great place to spend a relaxed and fun vacation! Right smack on the ocean and the beautiful Hollywood Boardwalk which has many nice restaurants overlooking the ocean, it makes you want to become a beach bum!

The apartment was in supberb condition and the service provided by the owners was excellent, they make it a point to make you feel at home away from home.

The location is great, you are in the middle of it all, you are minutes from the Fort Lauderdale airport, the Aventura Mall, the Miami International Airport. If you want to be in the middle of where the action is in Miami Beach or South Beach all it takes is minutes to get there and come back to a relaxed and beautiful sunset.

I enjoy antique shopping and Dania is also minutes away from here.

I enjoyed my stay very much!
