It is walking distance from a supermarket as well as local parks. It a great space for relaxing and is a perfect venue for family gatherings or visits from friends. You can go to the beach all day and be home in 7 minutes to start up the barbecue, then enjoy the private backyard. The kitchen has an Electrolux Icon refrigerator, dish washer, Viking microwave oven, wine refrigerator and four burner Viking oven and gas range . The kitchen is center stage in this house and is open to the family room creating a great gathering space. A warm welcome home

My husband and I were doing some significant remodeling work on our own home and needed a furnished rental where we could live, work and play. Although not a true vacation in the sense of most of the prior tenants, we did enjoy our time and had the opportunity to appreciate the large kitchen with great amenities, comfortable beds and sunny back garden in particular. The house is definitely as described and the photos capture the major amenities though it feels much more spacious even than the photos. The owners were helpful as well and greeted our arrival with a clean cheerful house. We expect that for families with children this house would also be great. The location is also ideal and within easy walking to some fun local restaurants and a short drive to the Riviera Village.

We stayed at this property over Thanksgiving with 4 little ones under the age of 6 and the house was absolutely perfect and spacious. You couldn't ask for a better location as the house is located less than 5 minutes from Redondo Beach and just a few more minutes to Hermosa right of the PCH. The property also included great amenities for the kids with a trampoline in the backyard, kids toys and a projector TV.

My name is Alice and I have been staying in the property for one week with a group of friends. We have been travelling all across the country, so when we reached L.A. we were pretty tired and we needed something comfrontable where to spend our last week of holidays. The house is perfect, completely furnished, spacious, very close to the beach and minutes away from Los Angeles and all the other beaches like Venice Beach or Santa Monica. It's in a quiet and residential area, away from the noise of the big city.. In general, it hase been a beautiful vacation. I definetly recomend it.

Near the Beach

We had a wonderful stay at this property! My kids were excited as soon as we pulled in and saw the sitting area and tether ball outside! The home is beautiful and really clean. They owner is very helpful and was there to help with all our questions, especially about how to run the electronic gadgets. I loved the location as it was central to all our activities and super close to shopping. We would love to stay here again!
