The Ranch is located on 50 acres with Trout Creek running through the property and feeding two trout ponds. The ranch has beautiful views of Pikes Peak. There are three beautiful custom homes on the property (great for Family Gatherings). There are many different species of wildlife living on and near the ranch, such as deer, elk, bear, fox, geese and ducks.

This Ranch has often been referred to as a little piece of heaven, a paradise and a romantic retreat. It is located 20 miles from Colorado Springs,18 miles from Cripple Creek , 83 miles from the the beautiful ski resort of Breckenridge and Denver is only an hour and a half away. There are wonderful hiking trails, fishing and over 150 miles of national forest trails through the nearby Pike National Forest (great atv and hiking trails).

My family stayed here for a week the last of July, first of August. What a treat! The house was exactly as advertised. The Howies are wonderful folks, helpful in every way and our stay was awesome. We were visited on the property daily by deer and once by a black bear that casually made his way across the front of the yard eating as if we weren't even there. The layout of the house was perfect for our grandchildren that loved the game room, hiking around the house and the enormous deck that has the most amazing view of Pikes Peak. Sitting on the deck every evening in the cool weather (It was really nice to escape the Texas heat) and looking at Pikes Peak was worth the stay alone. The pictures on the website don't do justice to the actual beauty. We will come again and I would recommend this property to anyone. It is truly a mountain treasure!

Our family had a wonderful time in this well maintained home. The description and photos above accurately represent this beautiful home. The home was very clean and equiped with everything needed to make our stay enjoyable. The rec center in the basement was a hit with our grandchildren as were the 50 acres on the property. The house had great views and is located close to town and many activities in the Pikes Peak region. The owners were responsive to our needs and made sure we were comfortable. We would recommend this home to other families and we look forward to returning sometime in the future.
