Stunning 3BR Private Beachfront Home-Immaculate-New Listing

You can pay less money and be 6 blocks or 1 block or even across the street from the beach but hear me when I tell you DON'T do it. This was our first time staying at this type of rental and let me tell you we will never stay at a hotel again. The pure freedom of having space for 6 people and not being on top of each other was worth the price. We were able to sit on the patio and watch the kids on about 60 yards of private beach property, below that where the tide came in and out the beach dropped down a couple of feet and that part of the beach was the public area. We were able to get up early in the morning and watch the sail boats, fishing boats, surfers, people walking, birds and sea life from our patio IN our pajamas eating breakfast we cooked at the house or the breakfast burritos from Buccaneer's only less than a block away. Your close to EVERYTHING yet this house is so private. The owners have every toy, game, book, surfboard, fishing rods, tackle, grill, food spices, condiments, wine, beer, fruit, candy and if you need it chances are that it is already there at the house ready for your use. I love to grill and to be able to have a grill for use by the beach and drinking a beer for me was priceless. Making memories for the kids was priceless. Taking family pictures with the ocean as a backdrop was priceless. The view was priceless. STAY AT THIS HOME and for you it will be priceless. I'm as cheap as they come and this was well worth the cost and we WILL stay at this home again.

What a wonderful family vacation! Wonderful location, fantastic home and an excellent owner to work with. Your comfort and convenience is well considered and the layout of the home is spot on. There is nothing like being directly on the beach and a in luxury home built to maximize the views of the ocean. It is comfortable, classy, private (with ample access to the action), charming and inviting. It is owned and managed by a great family that simply extends their wonderful family haven on to you . We have been fortunate enough to stay at many fine resorts and residences years, and this one does not disappoint in any category.

There is great surf, outstanding shelling, miles of beautiful beach, a great boardwalk and community pier a mile down the stretch. It was great to enjoy the surfers and dolphins on a daily basis - we even had a seal visit on the beach one morning - so cool. We enjoyed the nearby playgrounds, shopping, dining and culture in general. The charm of the neighborhood and local establishments is great - excellent surf shops and a great breakfast/lunch hut just a block South.

We found everything we needed to be comfortable and entertained in the home. A clean private garage with opener, spot on laundry cooking and laundry accommodations, a fantastic master suite and a great room that both have spectacular views. The other two bedrooms are comfortable and spacious as well. The whole place is clean and comfortable. We were captivated. From board games and a ping pong table, to movies and books. From cruiser bicycles to surf and boogie boards, if you get bored here, your not capable of enjoying life...the home simply rules.

From the home base you can conveniently hit Disney, the Zoo, Legoland or Sea World. However, I definitely recommend allowing ample time to enjoy the home and the surrounding area. We will be back to the San Diego area and this will be the first call that I will make when planning the trip. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beach haven. The quality family time spent there helped to create some of the best memories this life has to offer. Very much appreciated!

I have been renting beach vacation homes for my family in the Newport and Oceanside areas for many years. This stay was the most fun of all. My two sons and their wives along with 3 grandchildren ages 6,2,and 1 joined me for the week of Thanksgiving. The location of this home is outstanding. You have easy and safe access to the beach which has recently been expanded with new sand. The views are fantastic because the home sits on a point with no home to the south. I can't say enough about the amenities. Everything was provided for your stay. Plenty of dishes, pans, silverware,and towels. Tony even provided a crib and high chair. However, perhaps the most unusual and best thing about this home was the abundance of recreational equipment and toys for everyones use. There were surfboards, boogie boards, and skim boards. There were every kind of ball you would need for games on the beach. There were two great bikes as well as a ping pong table. I have never been in a rental this well equipped. I have great memories of watching my family having so much fun on the beach at Thanksgiving. I would highly recommend this rental for any time of the year.
