The description of this apartment is not accurate, and the details are misleading. Beware when the description boasts about the kitchen and the large deck and gas grill. For instance, The kitchen is quite sparse, with very few utensils to use, and has no kitchen table or chairs for meals, as you can see in the photo. So you are definitely NOT going to save money on any meals here. Which is a shame, because there is plenty of room for a nice kitchen table and chairs set.
There was no gas grill, which didn't matter because there were no grilling utensils to use at all. The deck was pretty much useless, without furniture on it. The deck is very rickity and has no table or chairs on it for grilling/eating outside or for enjoying the so called "view".
There were so many areas that I thought needed a lot more attention. It is quite run-down and in need of repairs. There is peeling paint, broken blinds, and no attention to details at all.
The bathroom and shower were OK. The bedroom was OK. The "second bedroom" is really just a separated trundle bed by the back door. The closets were awful. They were not ready for guests to use as they were full of what looked like junk. Not extra pillows and blankets for guests, but junk left behind, like piles of clothes, broken lamps, etc. Those closets definitely need to be completely cleaned out before renting again.
It is close to lots of things you could walk to, which was the one good thing. There is a lot of potential here, but this place is just being too neglected and is in bad need of attention. I would definitely skip this one.
