Apartment, 1 Bedroom + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath (Sleeps 2-3)

Better than a Hotel and great for corporate stays as well as vacation. Enjoy historic Saratoga Springs, Saratoga Race Track, Saratoga State Park and performing arts, Art in the Park and Shakespeare at Congress Park, drink natural spring water from the many healing springs throughout Saratoga, enjoy Broadway restaurants and shopping. This is a historic building that has been remodeled into 4 beautiful apartments. The apartment available is on the first floor and has a yard. It is turn key ready and this is the first time it has been offered for rent. A washer and dryer is available for your use, it is shared with 3 other units; parking is on the street but not designated. You can relax on the front patio and study your racing form or have cocktails after a day at the track on your back porch before walking to one of Saratoga's great restaurants. It is truly stepping back in time. Evening strolls on broadway or taking in a concert at SPAC.

It is also perfect for Skidmore parents visiting your students or checking out the school. Famous Caroline Street is a short walk away and the grocery store is also walking distance.

Awesome Accommodations in the Perfect Location!

My wife and I stayed here for a week in early July.

The apartment/condo was perfect and it seemed much larger than the pictures illustrate. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed ... although, being so close to downtown Saratoga, we didn't do much cooking!

The outdoor area was a huge bonus for us as well. Nice big backyard, with adirondack chairs to lounge in.

The location couldn't have been better, we parked our car when we got there (Monday) and didn't move it until we left (Friday)! There is a very nice/ brand new grocery store within 100 yards of the front door.

We will definitely come back to this unit next time we are Saratoga!

Simply charming. 1 Block from Downtown and all of the fun!

I stayed here for the first time last month and I will definitely reserve it again. You can walk everywhere. The place is beautifully furnished with cool A/C and plenty of room. The property is exquisite and it even hosts a private backyard, rare in this area, being 1 block from downtown.

Excellent Location and beautiful spacious apartment

This apartment is located in the perfect area. It is 2 blocks from Broadway on quiet Franklin street. The unit's back door opens up into a beautiful back yard (we stayed there with our 2 year old and the back yard was a plus). The apartment is spacious and has all of the amenities of a home including a washer and dryer on site. The decor is classy and comfortable. You are within walking distance of parks, restaurants, grocery stores, spas, the race track etc...We had a great time and really enjoyed being so close to everything yet still having a quiet place to relax.
