This condo was great! It was exactly as described and very clean and efficient. We particularly enjoyed the view of gorgeous sunrises! The location was great with groceries, restaurants, bus line and beaches all within easy walking distance. Wanda was great and responded quickly whenever we had a question or concern. I would defineately recommend this condo for a wonderful stay in sunny San Jaun!

14 Amapola is a great location. It is located on a small peninsula on Isla Verde. There are two wonderful beaches right out the front and back door. Wanda was very kind and helpful in getting us to the apartment and even went over some maps with us and gave us a few tips on where to eat and sights to see. Two air conditioning units made sleeping very comfortable and the apartment's kitchen was very handy to have when we didn't want to eat out. The parking was gated and I never had to fight for a spot. I recommend 14 Amapola and Wanda. We had a great trip.

Wow, wow, wow! We vacation frequently and stay in some of the finest hotels. This condo is amazing. It is situated on a point in Isla Verde in a corner unit on the 11th floor, so when you look out the balcony and the windows it feels like you're on an island in the middle of the ocean, Water water everywhere and the views are amazing. If you live and work a stressful job like we do, this is just what the doctor ordered. Some of the best food in Isla Verde is in walking distance as is the grocery and Walgreens. What I love the most is that it's not touristy.. you are mixed in with the locals and you eat and shop where the locals do. Try La Playita just two doors down for your morning coffee.. $1.50 and you can sit on the deck and take in the million dollar views while little crabs climb up to have a look at you. They have great lunches and dinners as well. World famous hamburgers and try the mushroom appetizer, to die for. A bus will take you to Old San Juan for 75 cents..travel with the locals, it's clean and air conditioned and the people are so friendly. You can catch the bus right out in front of the Intercontinental Hotel. This condo is right on the beach next door to the Ritz Carlton, so the beach area is very nice and beautifully maintained. Washer dryer, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bath, all modern and updated. Tons of beach towels, linens and beach toys and chairs. Kitchen is stocked with everything. And Wanda is an absolute doll. If you pass this one up, you are missing quite possibly the best accommodations in Puerto Rico! :)

Excellent Lux Apartment with beautiful views from every window.
It has everything you need to enjoy this beach location. Several good restaurants with in 5 min walk. Stores including grocery store with in a short walk. The ocean out every window with the sound of the waves. A very comfortable place to stay.

PERFECT CONDO! PERFECT LOCATION!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5 vacation. The description is completely accurate...the pictures are so true. The condo was modern, clean, and well maintained. My favorite part was waking up to the ocean view every morning and feeling the ocean breeze every night as I sat down for my evening glass of wine on the balcony.

The location is close to everything...the strip, casino, pharmacy (Walgreens), restaurants, and lounges. All within walking distance if you're in good condition. I'm a native New Yorker and we walk a lot. The supermarket is nearby as well but I suggest you drive ( car drive about 10 min). The beach...a few steps and you're there.

I felt so at home in this condo. I didn't need for anything. There were clean towels, clean sheets, beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, Kayaks...I mean it...everything was there. Dishes, utensils, wine glasses, cork screw, bottle opener - you know - the important stuff. :-)

Stock up the fridge/cabinets and purchase a little laundry detergent to cover the time you're staying. You're all set. Saves you money on eating out and don't pack much because you can do laundry. So convenient!!! We were able to wash and dry the beach towels, bathroom towels,dirty laundry every night.


Wanda is an AMAZING HOSTESS and a lovely person!!! She provided the best customer service.

I can't wait to go back! This is where I'll be staying each time I'm visiting Isla Verde. I'll definitely recommend this condo to my friends and family.
