Master suite has a King bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. the 3rd has 2 twins, the couch in the living room is a pull-out. so unit will sleep comfortably 8. There is room for a rollaway bed if needed. This unit is also handicapped accessible. A washer/dryer is located within the unit. Flat screen TV is in the living room and each bedroom has it's own TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you would need. A 2 bedroom unit is also available located between the lake and the pool.

  • 2. Reservation deposit and payment balance – A non-refundable reservation deposit of 20% of the total amount with a minimum of $250.00 is due at the time of making the reservation. The balance is due no later than 6 weeks prior to your arrival. A copy of a valid driver’s license for person who has made the reservation will be need for verification. US residents - if full rental payment is not collected at time of reservation, the balance payment by personal check or credit card must be received 60 days prior to arrival, in order for funds to clear. There is a $50 fee for insufficient funds returned checks.
    Please note: there is a 3.5% service fee of the total amount charged, when paying by credit card.
