Enjoy our newly log decorated vacation rental which is open year round, just one quarter block from Yellowstone National Park's boundary and the North entrance that can sleep up to eight people! It's lodge decor with log furniture will give you a true taste of Western hospitality and invite you to relax and enjoy the beautiful setting of Gardiner, Montana and Yellowstone National Park. This property is located within walking distance to Gardiner's best shopping district, restaurants, river rafting and a new laundromat is available on premises.

We feature all new furniture and new beds with bear lodge decor. The house has two separate sleeping areas. Enter this rental and go up the stairs to the main floor which has one king Tempur-Pedic bed and a double hide-a-bed with upgraded mattress. Another set of stairs led to the upper level has two queen beds and a rocking chair to relax in. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets.

The kitchen is fully furnished with a full size refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot and griddle. Dishes/service for 12.

The living room is furnished with TV, DVD player and numerous DVD's about Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks.

Our vacation rental has a private deck with table and chairs and a barbecue grill for your grilling pleasure.

Just around the corner, you will find Yellowstone Gifts & Sweets, Gardiner's largest gift, clothing, souvenir, candy store which also features locally made ice cream, espresso, and in the summer season bakery goods. You won't want to miss this stop.

The beautiful Yellowstone River is just a block away with two rafting companies and a fly fishing shop within one block of the apartment to allow you to enjoy the largest free flowing river in the United States.

The historic Roosevelt Arch is two blocks away and numerous restaurants within a two block radius.

Just had to come back!

We loved our trip so much earlier this year we had to see Yellowstone all dressed up in white. We stayed in the other room last time and found they both are great. One of the main reasons we had to come back was the gift shop. We brought some gifts home for ourselves last time and our kids were so jealous we had to come back to Christmas shop. The gift shop employees were so cute and said "You know we can ship to you, you don't have drive 1000 miles to Christmas shop" Silly girls what they don't know this is our new get away.

Wonderful trip to Yellowstone!

My family and I stayed in this cabin for 5 nights in October. We brought our 2 kids, 4 and 6. We were greeted warmly by the staff and we were so happy to find it was super clean. The decor was warm and cozy and all felt very new. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking items and dishware and had everything we needed to prepare meals at home. The location is awesome! It is within walking distance to stores and restaurants. It is just a stone's throw from the North entrance of Yellowstone. Overall, we were very happy with our stay here and would highly recommend it.

PROS: great location near Yellowstone, best price I could find anywhere, very clean and cozy, laundry mat on premises, close to dining and shopping, very comfortable beds

CONS: there are 2 steep staircases that would be dangerous for young children or the elderly, there is no place to really sit outside and enjoy the view

As an upgrade for 2013, we will be adding a deck with seating and a barbeque grill to this vacation rental which will allow you to sit outside and enjoy the great views!

To get to these great views, there is a stairway into the vacation rental and another set of steps to the upper level bedrooms. Sorry you felt the steps were steep, but these are a standard set of steps like anyone would have in their house to go from floor to floor.

A true home to our vacation stay

We immediately fell in love with this place upon arrival. It is super clean, and feels new. Everything is just as said in the listing description: nice new furnitures and decors; kitchen completely equipped with appliances and utensils; comfortable sizable beds; etc. The property is very well maintained, and staffs are friendly and helpful. We arrived on a snowy weekend. Outdoor cold air only made a sharp contrast to the homey feels we got from inside. Heater and hot water run smoothly without a hitch. At 10:00 PM of the first night of our stay, we accidentally locked the bathroom door from outside. Imagine seven people with no access to bathroom!! We called staff for help, and help arrived right away. Within seconds, the door was unlocked, and everything was back in order again, just as had always been. We had a wonderful time at Yellowstone National Park. At the end of each tiring expedition, we all looked forward to going back to this new found home. We'll definitely come back, and strongly recommend this place to any visitors in the area.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
