The main house consist of 3 bedrooms, full kitchen and 3 baths. The suite has full kitchen and bath. The cabina has kitchen and bath. It is the perfect home for your surfing vacation. Enjoy your stay in this very private property and its lush surroundings. You can relax by the pool or just sit on the patio in this incredible place. Take to the beach for some world class surfing or just enjoy the warm water and beautiful sand. The house is located near the Harbor Reef Hotel and is walking distances to the stores in town. Whether you decide to cook at the house or eat out, the area offers stores and great resturants for all your needs. If you are looking for night life to keep things going there is plenty to have. This house by far is one of the most beautiful and comfortable in all of Nosara, its only a 5min or less walk to the beach and extremely close to hotels and restaurants. I love how the owners put a lot of attention in making you feel right at home which is great specially when traveling with children. I would recommend this house for families, friends, couples, etc actually for anyone that wants to have a great vacation. I love Nosara and I LOVE this house!!!

Fun In the Sun with Family and Friends

My family and I had a fantastic stay at Villa Sonita in Nosara, Costa Rica. The house is absolutely beautiful and of course the pool was very refreshing. Everything about the property was perfect. The kitchen dining area is nice and it was so much fun preparing meals. The downstairs connects perfectly to the outside patio and pool and it just feels like one huge tropical experience inside and out. Monkey's came to visit the property high up in the trees and put on great shows for us. The bedrooms are large and the house basically has everything you could possible need to feel at home. The location is within easy walking distance to the beach as well as to many great local restaurants that have wonderful food. The Monkey Quad Tour is a must along with Miss Sky Zip Lining. Surfing and walks on the beach were daily activities for all. The whole experience including the beautiful house and property could not have been better.

Surf trip of a lifetime!

I signed up for a women's surf camp last summer and we all stayed in Villa Sonita. It was AMAZINGLY rad... It was more then I was expecting it to be, I could see this being my home away from home. The owners are really good about making you feel welcome. I felt really comfortable and relaxed being on my first international surf trip. The rooms are spacious enough so that if you are sharing with someone, its not cramped. The pool has a swim up bar that my friends and I didn't want to swim away from!! Overall my experience was great...the only downside was having to leave! Nosara is an awesome town, and Villa Sonia is totally worth checking into!

I've been coming to Nosara and Playa Guiones for over 10 years, staying at a different place each time. Villa Sonita has proved to be my favorite. It is near the end of the beachfront road and is therefor very quiet, the house is incredibly spacious and comfortable, and you even have your own bountiful mango tree and a resident family of howler monkeys. Nothing could be better!

I have been coming to Playa Guiones for eleven years, and staying at the local hotels. Since my wife came down with me, I thought I would look for a house in lieu of the hotel. After staying in the Villa Sonita, my wife told me we will no longer stay anywhere else. We loved the privacy and especially the pool with swim up bar stools. All the restaurants are only minutes away, and all within walking distance. However, we found that making meals here was so relaxing. The walking distance to the beach is as close as any of the hotels in town.
We loved it. Now my wife is hooked. Time to go back down and relax.
