Hello! This is me in the photo with my 9 year old son.
My name is Daniela and I was born from a very english mother and a very italian father :) He was roman but originally his father's family, my grandfather, was from Puglia. I was born and raised in Rome and feel I have received the best of 2 cultures. I am fluent in english as I am in italian, therefore I studied french. I love Roma my city and Italy my country at the best and still love it at the worst. This is my little business which I look at as taking good care of my guests making them feel mostly welcome in a, for them, foreign country. I really enjoy meeting people and through my guests I dream of travels and different places. In my life I have travelled and still do as much as I can, I am a mother of 3 children: 21 and 18 year old girls and 9 year old boy and my wishes and aim are to raise them real citizens of the world for it is such a great place to be in!
This apartment has been in the family for many many years. Here is where I started my young adult life and where my first child was born. At some point I reluctantly had to move, for space reasons...the family was growing. Fortunately the property was kept, rented out at the beginning and after some time I started hosting visiting family and friends from england and all over the world. This is how it became a holiday home.
I have many happy memories related to this place which, in this way, I feel I am sharing.
Is it only me that feels in the center of it all when here?
I sit in the living room, in the corner where my comfortable reading armchair is and I know, as much as I can also watch it, that downstairs in the street the world is passing by. Shoppers, romans, foreigners, merchants and sales assistants, workers and holiday makers....
Walking distance from almost everywhere: archeological sites, cafes and restaurants and also the original language version cinema. I used be so grateful, especially as a roman born, not to have to get in the car to go anywhere and allowing myself the necessary walking pace that would make me feel 'nearly on holiday' in my own city.
Daniela and May An really make your stay a very comfortable one, from the starter drinks in the fridge, to the really comfortable beds. We stayed here with our 3 and 6 year old and it was perfect to have the bedroom to have them fall asleep in while we hung out in the kitchen/living room (we moved them later!). Wi-fi, elevator, beautiful bathroom and kitchen and fully stocked tourist bookshelves really help to make this place feel like a home away from home! Another highlight was the live opera by a busker outside our window. 2 blocks from the Spanish Steps, 5 blocks from Trevi Fountain, little further walk to Pantheon but great location. FYI for those with mobility issues, there are 1-3 steps within the apartment. My Response Ahah.... I used to move my first child later when I used to live in the apartment!! Thank you so much for taking the time to write to me, I really appreciate. Ciao! Daniela
I have rented many vacation apartments but none as thoughtfully stocked as this one. You could arrive, take a shower, don one of the robes, sit down and have a cup of coffee or tea and a biscuit all provided by your wonderful host, Daniela. Her recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing were all great. This place is in the best possible location for shopping and sightseeing. My husband and adult daughter stayed here for a week very comfortably.
Our first trip to Rome and it was more than we could have expected. This location is perfect for enjoying all that Rome has to offer. We walked everywhere, and only needed a car to get from the airport, which Daniela kindly arranged for us. The apartment was spacious and clean. Daniela's personal notes helped us immensely, especially the tips on the local markets, thus allowing us to make some splendid meals in the well equipped kitchen....and if you don't want to cook, there are many great restaurants just outside your door. Thank you again Daniela, Ciao, Jim & Kevin
We are a family of four with 2 boys (7 yrs, 10 yrs) and found with MYRHOME the best location in Rome we could ever imagine.
We felt at home from the first second when we met Daniela and made our first steps into the appartment. The appartment is very aesthetic and we like the style very much. It was very clean, very well equipped and everything functioned. To our supriese Daniela filled the fridge with everything for our first breakfast.
The location in a quite quit street with low traffic but very near to the Piazza di Spagna and Trevi fountain was just perfect! The perfect italian coffee bar was just around the corner. We felt like we were living their for years already.
MYRHOME is the place to be in Rome and I'm sure after throwing a coin into the Trevi fountain that we will come back. We wouldn't think a second to look for an other place to stay. It would always be that very cosy appartment. We hope and are pretty sure to meet Daniela again. She is a very friendly and sincere person and very passionate about her small appartment rental business!
Alla prossima volta a Roma e in MYRHOME!

Thank you Daniela for making our stay memorable. You thought of everything - provided lots of information and what I appreciate the most was the milk, water, juice, cookies and coffee waiting for us. Your apartment was very beautiful and well kept. I loved the area and all your recommendations. Thank you for also arranging our car service! I look forward to staying there again one day. Kind regards, Roseann, Miguel and Tyler DoCouto
You could not hope for a better location than this one. You can walk practically everywhere be it the Vatican, the Colosseum, the Borghese Museum, Campo de Fiori, Piazza Novona, the Pantheon and even across the river and up - to Piazza Garibaldi. You are in the heart of the Spanish Steps area and yet it is not noisy at all. There are some wonderful restaurants in the area as well.
Daniela was a perfect host - professional with a warm personal touch. She made some very good restaurant recommendations and was accommodating of our request of an early arrival. We had a wonderful stay and Daniela was a pleasure to deal with (both before our arrival and during our stay). We were a family of four and the apartment was ample space for us. Enjoy the apartment - WE DID!!
