Wind down in your fully furnished home away from home, with stylish elegance. Lake Tarpon Villas is located directly on an inlet leading from Lake Tarpon the 2nd largest fresh water lake in Florida (approx 4 miles long & 2 miles wide. We are near some of the best Gulf white sandy beaches & spectacular sunsets. We are completely nestled alongside a freshwater inlet by a dual wooden plank boardwalk for mesmerizing strolls. Our first floor home is backed to the waters edge with a screened patio with comfortable sitting chairs only having the upper & lower boardwalks separating you from the fresh water, which is ideal for sipping morning coffee or evening cocktails. Our home overlooks the boat docks, heated pool, Jacuzzi & clubhouse which are only a short walk away. Our home's graceful furnishings include the master bedroom's mahogany king size bedroom set, 37in HDTV, 2nd bedroom's maple double bed, living room's leather sectional including side-by-side recliners & sofa's queen pull-out bed, 40in 1080p HDTV with surround sound.

My husband & I purchased our little jewel in 2005, with anticipation of having it for our retirement home on the waters edge. We both appreciate Florida living, due to our roots beginning in the northern states. I work for a leading healthcare system in the Tampa Bay area comprised of a network of 10 hospitals and my husband for a deep foundation specialist company.

We take pride in the quality of furnishing, bedding, linen, electronics and appliances, keeping them new or nearly new. Palm Harbor is close to everything the western Gulf Coast, has to offer, but far enough to feel 'away from it all' when you want to be. We are on the waters edge, with nothing separating you from the water, other than the screened lanai and boardwalk. We are on the first floor with no stairs to climb, whether you are coming or going to your vehicle, pool or to the waters edge.

What makes this condo unique

We have a boat dock for your convenience of bringing your own boat. Many visitors enjoy bringing their own bass boats to Lake Tarpon, enabling the sportsmen to travel from one prime fishing spot to the next with little effort.
