Nessebar View is a newly built luxury complex over looking the beautiful resort of Sunny Beach and the historical town of Old Nessebar. This fully furnished self-catering apartment has 3 bedrooms (the main bedroom with kingsized bed opens onto the balcony, also two twin rooms). There is 1 double sofa bed and sofa in the living area. The spacious kitchen/dining area includes washing machine, oven/grill, hob, microwave, fridge and dining table and chairs. This leads into a very spacious living area with two sofa, DVD/CD and TV. The balcony has a table and 4 chairs and overlooks the pool (with kids pool) and patio area with sun-loungers and umbrellas. The complex facilities include restaurant (open from breakfast until late and providing very affordable good food), shop, reception, internet room, gardens and 24 hour Security with CCTV. There are regular shuttle buses into Sunny Beach and Old Nessebar Town. The apartment is finished to an extremely high standard.

Sunny Beach is situated in the southern part of the Bulgarian Black Sea Riviera with 8 kilometres of golden beach stretching from St Vlass to the ancient town of Nessebar. There is a wide range of shops, bars and excellent restaurants, all at very low prices. The centre of Sunny Beach is less than 10 minutes by shuttle bus/taxi from the complex. Sunny Beach Aqua Park and Go Kart Circuit are all close at hand. Activities available locally include wind surfing, water skiing, para-sailing, hang-gliding and motor launch cruises. Old Nessebar town (a UNESCO World Hertiage site) with its cobbled streets and ancient ruins is perfect for a relaxing day out. The summer temperatures average around 30C with over 1700 hours of sunshine from May to October.

Daily tickets for the regular Shuttle Bus (run by the complex) going to Sunny Beach and Old Town Nessebar can be purchased in the office for 5 leva (approx £2).

Nessebar Complex: Nessebar View complex offers the ideal family holiday. 24 hour security and CCTV gives total peace of mind. The children's pool and play area are immediately below the apartment. The rural setting (complete with shepherd and sheep) provides tranquillity for your holiday, yet is only a few minutes from the bars and restaurants of Sunny Beach.

Fabulous and huge apartment in quiet complex

6 of us stayed in this apartment in the first 2 weeks of July 2009.

This is a huge and fabulous apartment, fitted out well with good equipment and thoughtfully kitted out by Margaret easily accommodating the 6 of us. We were collected from the airport by the local staff and when we arrived the apartment was in excellent condition. The welcome pack left was very welcome and included beer, wine and fruit. It really allowed us to buy some time to get our bearings before venturing out into the town. The DVD and TV were used much more than I thought they would as the kids got some DVD's in the town and on the few times it rained they still had something to do. The three bedrooms were a real boon as the boys were out late and slept late and we didn't have to disturb them. The complex was very quiet. We had the pool to ourselves almost all the time and it was used by all of us almost constantly. We had a really relaxing time and the kids loved having the pool to themselves.

Another real boon and plus point was the washing machine. If we had realised we had one we would have brought half the clothes with us.

The complex is 5 minutes drive from Sunny Beach. There is a regular shuttle bus which runs every hour from 10:00am to 1:00pm and then from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. It goes to Sunny Beach and the Supermarket. If these times don't suit then there's a deal with one of the local taxi drivers who we found was very reliable and only cost 12 levs. We only used the local restaurant a couple of times preferring to try different restaurants in Sunny Beach and Nessabar. However the local food was as good as any we tried. We did cook quite a few times and used the supermarket regularly. The shuttle bus was a great service for the complex.
There's also internet access available in the complex and is very cheap compared to other services in Sunny Beach. The kids were able to keep in touch with their friends back home.

As said before we had a great time. Sunny Beach and Nessebar are fabulous resorts and Nessebar View is a great complex, very quiet and just what we were looking for. Close enough to all the activities and far enough away to ensure a relaxing time. This apartment must be one of the best in the complex, a huge apartment compared to the rest we were told by other occupants and extremely well fitted out. We would seriously consider going back again and this apartment would be first choice.

Great Holiday

The with the communication from the owners Margerat and Stephen was excellent and took all the hassle out of the booking process.
They arranged the transfer which was waiting at the airport on arrival.
The apartment is very good with everything u could need and more.
The three bedrooms were great and the washing machine very handy.
The bus from the complex to sunny beach and supermarket is tremendous, the supermarket is one of the cheapest around by a long way.The bus doesn't go to Nessabar as a matter of course but just ask the driver and he will take u there at no extra cost.
Overall a great apartment and if i return to the area i would certainly book it again

Family holiday in Bulgaria

We have just arrived back in the UK from one week's holiday at Stephen & Margaret's apartment. It was fabulous from start to finish. The apartment was immaculate and excellently fitted out with all the requirements for a family, having a washing machine was a great help especially with an 18month old with us. The views from the apartment were fantastic especially in the evening. When we arrived Stephen had arranged his colleague to lift us at Bourgas Airport, he was ready and waiting when our flight arrived and brought us straight to the apartment where the table was laid with fruit, wine, biscuits and not forgetting the beer!! We had cheese, ham and bread left in, which took care of the next morning's breakfast. Each morning I got up and relaxed by the pool. We went into Sunny Beach most nights on the shuttle bus, (daily ticket was 5leva which could be used throughout the day 10am - 1pm & 5pm - 8pm). The restaurants were fantastic and beer only 40p a pint, my favourite restaurant was along the beach front at Sunny Beach - it was an italian. There were lots of mini golf for the kids to play and we spent one day at the beach. Last night we took a taxi (Huban the local taxi driver was great) to Nessebar Old Town, the scenery in the evening was stunning, we ate in Hemmingways, and sat at overlooking the harbour. During the week I text my friend and told her this would be perfect location for her family holiday next year - One week wasn't long enough, would have loved a 2nd week !!

Perfect Holiday

We spent a very enjoyable 2 weeks at this apartment in Aug 2008.
We found the complex to be spotlessly clean and the staff were extremely helpful. They arranged our pick-up from and to the airport. The complex mini-bus provides hourly transport to and from Sunny Beach and Old Nessebar town, also places like the Aquapark and local supermarket (all for approximately 5 leva per day - very cheap).
What we really liked about Nessebar View was the peace and quiet - convenient to Sunny Beach (about 5 minutes) but very relaxing. We used the restauant very often as the food was excellent and very affordable.
The apartment was the largest and best equipped that we have ever used. The 3 bedrooms meant we did not need to use the sofabed (teenagers could stay in bed as long as they wanted!).
Margaret had provided everything needed for a stress free holiday (icluding sun beds and covers, books, CD's and DVD's). There was a good supply of local information, with recommendations for local restauants and days out.
We would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a stress free and relaxing holiday.
