Plenty of room for deposit of ski, etc, in heated room during the winter. An ideal central position to drive to various ski resorts, not just the same mountain slopes, 6 miles from the cabinvia for Pila, one hour from Cervinia, from Courmayeur, from La Thuile, from Ayas, from Champorcher, and many others, smaller, but ideal for beginning and not less spectacle.
There are also some very good cross country ski resorts, like Val Ferret near Courmayeur. After a splendid day of skiing, it's impossible to miss out on the local thermal baths at Pré St.Didier, open everyday until 10pm.,to experience hot bubbly spring baths out in the snow, surrounded by flaming torches, looking onto a moon-lit Monte Bianco!! All ski slopes open due to the exceptional snowfalls. Magnificent tracks for the use of ski rackets in all the Valley, maps available.

Covered heated garage plus room for skiing equipment. Exists a ski-pass valid for ALL the skiing stations in Valle d'Aosta The roads are cleared of snow 24 hours a day. Possibility of night skiing during full-moon, weather permitting at Cervinia, an experience of 15km! An ever increasing possibility of ski-rackette activity with marked areas for all levels and age with rental of rackettes (snow-boots) in many resorts.
