We have stayed at several homes in the Orlando/Davenport/Clermont area and this one by far was the best! This is a very convenient location with easy access to Disney, Universal, Sea World, etc. We were very impressed with how thorough Linda was from the time we booked right through to the follow up post stay. She was truly interested in making sure that we had an enjoyable stay. Our security deposit was refunded in a timely manner, which has been an issue with other villas we have stayed at previously.
The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, was tastefully decorated, had a very nice floor plan and was extremely clean. The kitchen was well equipped (the ice maker in the refrig could keep up!). Also included was a nice outdoor BBQ, plenty of towels (I loved that Beach towels were included so we didn't have to bring them from home). The only issue we had was the gas was empty in the grill, however, a call to the manager got that taken care of the next day. Our week ended up being near record cold temperatures so we didn't get to enjoy the pool and hot-tub as much as we had hoped to, however, it was a very nice outdoor space.
I would definitely recommend staying here.

We continue to make upgrades to the property every few months, so when you come back again there will be new things for sure! I am glad it was everything you hoped for and more!
