Self catering two bedroom purpose built ground floor apartment . Wood laminated flooring in the reception area and kitchen. It has a delightful garden as well as a separate dining area which is adjacent to the modern spacious fitted kitchen.

There is one master bedroom with a comfortable double bed and fitted wardrobes, and one bedroom with two single beds. It can comfortably accommodate four people. There is also a sofa in the reception area.

Recently decorated, the property comes with everything you need for a pleasant stay in London.

Excellent train and bus links to all parts of London. A convenient store two doors down, two large supermarkets 5 minutes walk away, as well as all manner of local shops, fast food, bank, and post office all within walking distance.

Canning Town underground station is 12 minutes walk away with a direct line to Big Ben and Oxford Street on the Jubilee Line, and numerous bus services to all parts of London.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (British Pound) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • The property's weekend rates apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights

    Refundable £300 Security Deposit for short stay

    Refundable £1000 Security Deposit for Long stay (1 month +)

    If the booking is done prior to 8 weeks before the booking period, a £200 non-refundable Reservation/Booking fee will be charged. This fee will be offset against the rental payment on completion of the full fee.

    If the booking is done within 8 weeks of the booking period, the full rental fee will be needed to secure the Reservation/Booking.

    We accept payments by Credit/Debit Card online via PayPal (A Card fee of 4% will be applicable for debit/credit cards).

    Normal check-out time before 12pm and check-in after 2pm. Happy to be flexible with regards to check-in/out times depending on apartment availability.

    OPTIONAL Check-out Cleaning service of £50 is available.

Found this flat to be very conveinently located to the bus stops and a short bus ride to Plaistow Underground. The flat is comfortable and accomodating. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are on the harder side but manageable. Overall, great value for the price!!

Thank you Steve for letting us stay in your adorable London apartment! We enjoyed the location, the easy access to the public transport and the store on the corner was perfect! The 4 of us ladies from Oregon really fit well in the apartment and we would definitely recommend this place and will hopefully be back again to enjoy more of London! Clean affordable London apartment

The property is a nice, clean and optimally equipped ground floor apartment with a small garden area. Good location with frequent bus connections and the tube station 'Canning Town' not to far away. We have enjoyed our 10 day holiday and would like to come back in future.
