This ultra modern self catering apartment consists of 2 large double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite), a spacious and light lounge / dining room, seperate kitchen and utility room.The kitchen is fully equipped and this apartment is furnished to a very high standard.There is a extensive 70 m2 sun terrace which is very private and gets the sun all day .On this terrace there is a 6 person jacuzzi with built in CD speakers and mood lighting to provide total relaxation. The complex has a large pool area, with new sunbeds surrounding the community pool, which is heated all year around. This apartment is in the heart of the fabulous Del Duque area, just 10 minutes from the fantastic white beach of Playa Del Duque, the scenic promenade and the variety of top quality restaurants, bars and designer shops in this area.
