A complete XBox 360 system with games. A ''cook friendly'' kitchen fully stocked - featuring NEW granite countertops, stainless appliances and glazed-finish maple cabinets. HDTV's and 3 DVD players. Playful tropical style furniture with cheerful red and yellow accents. Many ''extra touches'' to complete your stay, such as an IPOD dock/charger, board games and beach-friendly books.

Psssssssssttt... want to know our secret? Our beach condo on Okaloosa Island is free from the hustle bustle, traffic and crowded beaches around Destin high-rise units. But our 7-story condo is just 5 minutes from west Destin and nearby attractions.

About Owner/Property Manager

Our hearts belong to the beaches of Okaloosa Island... but our family lives up in the heartland of Oklahoma. We treasure the priceless family memories we've made at our Island Princess second home and hope some day, when the nest empties, to make this our retirement home. (So unlike some owners, who see their properties strictly as an investment, we treat it like our home and hope you will love it as much as we do!)

Why Owner/Property Manager chose Fort Walton Beach

We honeymooned in Destin years ago and dreamed someday of having a vacation home there for our family. When that time came, however, we discovered that Okaloosa Island offered us the gorgeous beaches we so loved in Destin, but without the crowds and congestion. We also realized that many Destin condos have a long walk to the beach--sometimes across a road--whereas our 'walk' is a quick stroll past the heated swimming pool.

What makes this condo unique

We really love the stunning view from the master and living room... the ocean becomes a 'guest' in your home. Having stayed in other beach units before, we've really been spoiled by our 6th floor location, too--you're high enough to be above much of the noise as people play in the pool or along the beach, but you're still close enough to always hear the soothing surf. Quite a treat at night...

This was our first vacation to Fort Walton Beach, but will not be our last. We loved the condo. The condo was very clean, the furniture was comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, and the view from the balcony was priceless.

The location is close enough to Destin to be very convenient, but out of the traffic. The property was clean and well maintained, and Unit 613 was up to date, well equipped and very comfortable for me and my family.

This was our first time to stay at Island Princess #613. We were impressed with the cleanliness and beautiful decorating (i.e. granite and stainless steel, new paint, etc.). We, in the past, have stayed at another complex on the island; however, all agreed to need to come back to Island Princess #613. Wonderful Unit + Wonderful weather = A perfect vacation!
