MORNING ON THE PROMENADE...YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME!

What you see is what you get - a beautifully furnished apartment on the most scenic area of Portland. Right across the street from a playground, park, water, and beach. Short walks to coffee shops, restaurants, and a small market. Joe and Trevor are excellent hosts that take great pride in their property and maintain it beautifully. The gardens and landscaping around all of the buildings that surround the ample parking area (not a common feature in portland) are wonderfully done and add to the charm. All of the amenities you could wish for are provided in the property and the hosts and neighbors are a pleasure.

Pros: LOCATION!, ample on and off-street parking, great scenery and a partial view of Casco Bay, easy access to eastern promenade and the old port. Well appointed and nicely furnished apartment. Accepts pets (case-by-case basis).

Cons: not much worth mentioning - old port is close (a short bike ride) but not within easy walking distance. Apartment is on second floor and not handicap accessible. If mobility is an issue, you may want to consider other options.

None of the items mentioned detract from this great property. For my family, it was perfect. We sincerely hope to return again. Thanks, Joe and Trevor!
