Hacienda del Mar #2 is a comfy townhouse located just a short walking distance to the beach. This is the perfect vacation home for your entire family to enjoy! It is half block from Blackbeards restaurant, two blocks from the post office and three blocks from the movie theater and a new public boat ramp within a mile from the property. The townhouse showcases hi-speed wireless internet, three (3) flat screen LCD TVs, leather sofas, granite counter tops, washer/dryer, central air .

Spend the day relaxing at the beach, and the afternoons either at the semiprivate swimming pool or on one of the decks/balcony overlooking the street or the pool.

The Patio also features a BBQ grill and a bar counter top where to enjoy a cold refreshment by the pool.

Pet friendly property. Pets must be house trained (only dogs and cats please). Pet fee applies.

Beautiful beaches, close to home, warm almost all year long...and eventually planning to retire to SPI.

It's walking distance to the beach, which my wife and I enjoy it very much. It is also very close to some good restaurants such as PadreRitaVille and Blackbeards and to the local supermarket, the Blue Marlin.

Great Proximity to Beach

We spent just 3 nights here. It had everything we needed for our stay. Being close to the beach was perfect, and being able to park our vehicle in the garage was also an added bonus! Everything was very easy to get to from here. The pool did look a little dirty, so we did not use it. There are a lot of stairs and all tile floors (slick), so would not recommend for anyone with small children or the elderly. The upstairs was warm and we could not get the wall a/c unit to turn on, but we did not notify anyone, as we were able to make do with the fan from the downstairs. Laundry in property was great, was able to leave there with pretty much all clean clothes! Would stay here again.

Owner's Response: We are glad you enjoyed your stay and thank you for the positive review. We always strive to keep the pool clean, although from time to time, due to high winds or other factors, it is possible the pool may have a little sand. During the high season the pool is cleaned twice a week, but it could be cleaned more often upon request. ---- We did remove all carpets on the last remodel late in 2013 because we though tile is a lot cleaner and easy to maintain, and looks marvelous! We understand it may be slippery if the floor is wet and/or the doors and windows are kept open where humidity is high at SPI. The main stairs have anti-slip tape in each step just as an added precaution. ---- The property has central air and a couple of years ago I installed a mini-split A/C in the Master Bedroom as a booster unit. I found out a few days after your check-out that the start-capacitor needed to be replaced. I am happy to report that it now works properly. ---- I am easy to reach, by text most of the time. ---- It is our aim to provide a clean, safe and fun residence where you and your family and friends can enjoy SPI, and I am happy that you did! Hope to see you back next year!

Great vacation rental at a great value! Fun house for enjoying the island and has all the needed ammenities for a worry free trip, such as a garage, washer/dryer, stocked kitchen, etc. Not a great choice for individuals with small children due to the stairs, sliding glass doors and balconies and split floor plan. But great for families with a little bit older children.

The owner is very kind and attentive.
The place it´s very comfortable and spacious, we really enjoy our stay there.
The beds, AC, swimming pool, wifi... everything were ok.

We definitely expect to rent there again in our next visit.
