Lake front property located on a quiet country road with easy access. The Living Room is complete with a fireplace for the cold evenings. Sit in the dining room and enjoy the beautiful lake front view of the sunrise as you have your morning coffee, or an awesome sunset & stars over a romantic dinner. You can enjoy the outdoor fireplace by lake with a roaring fire, roast marshmellows or even cook your catch of the day on the fireplace grill. You can catch bullhead, perch, sunfish, lake trout, pike right off the shores edge. There is a nearby public boat launch where you can use your boat for sailing, tow the kids on an innertube, go fishing or just have a relaxing day on the lake. There are docks in place at the camp with paddle boat and kayak provided for your use. There is a Golf cart in the heated garage available to take up the mountain trail to go brook trout fishing or enjoy the views. There is also easy hiking trails to the top of Lyon Mountain.

Chazy Lake is in the northern end of the Adirondack State Park in a valley surrounded by mountains. It is located off of NY Route 374, about 20 miles west of I-87. The lake has no commercial establishments, only seasonal and some year round residences. While it is a quiet relaxing setting, even in peak summer season, conveniences like groceries, banking, churches, gasoline, etc. are nearby in Dannemora, approx. 15-20 min drive from the property.

Enjoy playing cards & games in the screened in Gazebo overlooking the lake. There is indoor and outdoor Bose Surround Sound Music System you can enjoy on the deck while watching the kids swim in the pool or while cooking. Don't be surprised if the neighbors invite you for a boat ride, or take the kids water skiing. Heated 2 Car Garage proves very accomodating for snowmobilers to store & service sleds before you hit the groomed trails directly across the street. Trails will take you most anywhere including restaurants, lounges, gas and more. Skiing in Malone at Titus Mountain approximately 40 minutes away, or Whiteface Mountain (home of the 1980 Winter Olympics) approximately 45 minutes away. Ice fishing on beautiful Chazy Lake also an option or get out the skates or showshoes. Enjoy the large suken pool in the lower deck.

We had a wonderful family vacation at Chazy Lake! The owner was very pleasant and accomodating in all of our communications. The house was spacious, comfortable ( for eight of us), clean and well stocked with necessities. The setting was beautiful and private. We were able to relax and recharge, and there was plenty for kids and adults to do. We enjoyed use of the deck, golf cart, dock (for our boat), the canoe and the paddle boat. A beach with mountain views is a short drive away across the lake. We spent a fun day at Whiteface Mtn and Lake Placid. We also spent a day at a beautiful beach in Plattsburgh. The kids were sad to leave and have made us promise to return! I think this would also be a lovely place to stay in fall or winter.
