Very Close to Beach Access

-Great Location! You can be on the beach in less than a minutes walk from the backdoor. This is a great convenience when you are lugging kids and all their gear!
-Interior is in great shape and well decorated and clean. As a bonus, the AC was already running when we arrived.
-View from the master bedroom is gorgeous. When I would open my eyes every morning I would wake to a beautiful view of the ocean.
-We had trouble with the lockbox upon checkin (our fault, the lockbox was functional), and the local property manager immediately answered my call. It was good to know I could reach someone if needed.
-The deck with a hose for rinsing feet was very convenient.
-The bedrooms w/ the bunk beds is on the ground floor. While there is nothing wrong with this bedroom, it isn't functional for small kids. The other 2 bedrooms are up on the 3rd floor. There is no way I would leave kids 2 floors away on a floor with access out to the street and the beach.
- The garage is very small and awkward. We could not fit in the garage because we had a cartop carrier on our minivan. The drive was very tight. You should be prepared for the possibility of using street parking w/ this rental.
-The rental management company wasn't the easiest to work with. When I emailed to inquire about renting, the response was very short w/ no punctuation, no reference to the name of the sender or the rental company, and the e-mail address made no reference to the rental company name. It made me a little uneasy so I decided to pay with credit card so that I could use the vacation protection coverage I have with my card. For payment I had to contact the rental agency multiple times to ask them to generate an invoice that would enable me to make my payment. For both the deposit and the final payment, the rental agency slightly overcharged me (less than $20). I asked the rental agency contact about this via e-mail and over the phone but just heard "we'll look into it". I finally just let it go because I was tired of messing with it, but I had hoped for a better response and more accurate billing.
Overall, this is a great townhouse in a great location.

While , the guest was not impressed with the form , i can insure any guest or inquiry that you will receive a response within 3 hours and in most cases immediately
If you have a problem with the home you will receive rapid attention . All contact information indicating my name and the company name are stated on the web site. All my #'s including email are shown on the site, further contact #'s are provided with check- in information including our local coordinator.
Any guest has numerous options to contact staff unlike most agencies . After hours contacts are usually an answering service with little follow-up unless the ceiling is falling in
We have serviced thousands of guests with successfully. Our success is based on our rapid response . If you have used these sites you now that responses can be few and far between . This will not be your experience with this Mgt . Again why this guest believes she did not receive sufficient attention , i don't know . But i can insure any future guest that they will receive a rapid response to any ? , problem,or inquiry
