LARGE CHARMING HOUSE - QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD BUT NEAR TO BEACH

Although we could be considered possible neophytes for being renters in OOB for this, our second year for vacation here, we have found what we consider an almost perfect place to call home during our stay in the area. This gorgeous, newly built home was ideally designed to blend in with the other older homes in the neighborhood so it doesn't look out of place, while at the same time utilizing all new materials in its construction.

There's a very spacious Living Room/Dining Room/Kitchen area on the first floor, complete with a granite-tiled countertop and kitchen island and all the amenities required to prepare and eat your meals; appliances include refrigerator, garbage disposal, dish washer, gas stove and microwave, plus there's a half bath on the first floor, perfect for guests! The second floor offers two very comfortable and spacious bedrooms with attached full baths. Whole house air conditioning and overhead ceiling fans completed the package.

There's parking room for two cars at the back of the house, and an additional plus was the easy walk to either downtown OOB or to the beach!

Should we return next year, this residence is definitely on our list of places where we want to stay!!
