Apartment, 2 Bedrooms + Den, 1.5+ Baths (Sleeps 6-7)

Three large windows provide a great view of the front range mountains highlighted by 14,000 foot Mount Evans in the distance. Enjoy this spacious, 1300 sf, second floor apartment that is fully equipped. A King size bed is in the first bedroom, two double beds in the second, with a pack and play, and cot in the closet. There's also a futon in the den that I'm told is very comfortable. Located on Historic 'Main Street' in Littleton, you have at your doorstep unique shopping, including art galleries, antique shops, boutiques, and pottery. Also a wide range of restaurants including, The Melting Pot,The Tavern, Kate's Wine Bar, Cafe Terracota, the Old Mill , Jake's, Toast and so many more.

For entertainment, Littleton has live theatre, music venues, such as Hudson Gardens and many events throughout the year including, Western Welcome Week in August and the Candle lighting Parade the Friday after Thanksgiving.

The Littleton Golf Course and Tennis facility is within walking distance from the apartment. Bike trails running throughout the Denver area run in front of the apartment along the Platte River puts you in the middle of all the action. The apartment is situated close to major north / south and east / west corridors, so getting around to other parts of the Denver area is fast and efficient. Rick & Amy Acres have owned the property since 2007. We've lived in Littleton for over 20 years now. It's a special place. Close to Denver, only a short drive to the mountain destinations, and Downtown Littleton has a charm of it's own which we have loved from day one.

Rick Acres purchased this apartment in 2007

Downtown Littleton didn't have short term rental property and I felt there was a need. Since I had the space available I transformed this 2nd floor unit into a cozy 2 bedroom apt. that all my friends have raved about. Hopefully you will enjoy it also.

GREAT APARTMENT

We still can't believe we happened to find this. It was perfect for our stay and could not have been at a better location. Main Street was great. Excellent restaurants (Merles, Tavern, Toast, Sushi, Chocolate Therapist). It was convenient when we went north to Denver, South to Colorado Springs, and West to the mountains. Can't wait to visit again.

EXCELLENT APARTMENT! SPLENDID AND CONVENIENT LOCATION.

This was my first experience with a VRBO listing and it will likely make me try to avoid hotels forever more.

The apartment has every amenity you could want and is convenient if your vacation is in the South Denver area. It's large, scrupulously clean, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Plumbing was great and so was the ambience and the comfort of the beds and chairs. The washing machine and dryer were a great bonus, too.

All rooms are large and comfortable. Parking is convenient--off-street and right by the door. The collection of games and DVD's is great, although we had so much to do on our family reunion, we did not take advantage of them.

Littleton lacks good hotels and this is not only better than any hotel, it's an exceptional bargain. Air/Heat were perfect. Communications with owner were clear and concise.

I highly recommend this apartment--and you will love to go to Toast and/or Lucile's for breakfast. Other excellent restaurant choices within walking distance abound.

We were a party of 4 adults and a toddler. We appreciated the child-friendly policy. NExt time we visit the Denver area, we hope that we can score this apartment again!

HOME AWAY FROM HOME!

This is our first time using this type of service for lodging. There were four adults staying for a long weekend. We met the owner and he was very helpful and gracious. We felt very welcome.
The apartment is absolutely wonderful. The owners thought of everything we might need including our forgotten sun screen and shampoo, additional bedding and towels are provided, as well as spices, and plenty of dishes and cookware, even a stroller and a pack and play. The space was large enough for us to host a gathering of our family who live in Littleton (a group of 6 more people including 2 children). Plenty of room for the children to play in the TV room (games and movies provided by the owners) while the adults visited in the living room enjoying the view of the mountains. Great kitchen with all the amenities. Easy access to anywhere in the area. The Historic Downtown was very charming. So nice to be able to park our car at the apartment and enjoy the walking, shopping and restaurants just minutes away.
Would we stay there again? In a heartbeat! Highly recommend this apartment for any one staying in the area.

PERFECT HOME BASE FOR OUR GROUP OF FOUR ADULTS

For our group of 4 related adults, this space was perfect! My husband and I laid claim to the master bedroom. My cousin took the 2nd bedroom with two full-sized beds, and my brother took the living/sleeping space with the futon and the big TV. We would have needed to rent three hotel rooms to accommodate our group, so renting this apartment was a much better deal. We love having the space to gather to connect, without being in a hotel lobby. The two bathrooms made getting ready in the mornings pretty painless. The apartment was extremely clean, and felt very safe. We took advantage of the washer/dryer combination and the full kitchen. One our favorite parts of the apartment were the three HUGE windows overlooking the Rocky Mountains. It was great to have that view each morning as we woke up. We also loved being on Main Street of Historic Downtown Littleton. The three blocks of delightful shops and restaurants were a nice way to spend a Saturday morning, before we headed out to explore the Golden area. My husband even scored a $15 haircut, shave and beard trim from a delightful, old-school barbershop less than a block away. Across the street is a very busy breakfast place called Toast. One morning, my brother went to check it out and came home with four gigantic omelets, fried potatoes and the best toast I ever had. We thought the easy access to the by-pass around the SW part of Denver to I-70 and the mountains made out trip enjoyable. The early morning trip to the airport was a breeze on the by-pass around the southeast part of Denver. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Plenty of towels, TP, bedding, playing cards, DVDs and a nice coffee maker made our stay comfortable.

Great location, great view, great space,great service, great convenience. We would defintely stay again! We LOVED the Toast restaurant right around the corner for breakfast and lunch. Huge, delicious portions to share! And The Chocolate Therpist is a must visit in downtown Littleton.
