Quiet Hamptons retreat with a great pool and private beach access to Clearwater Beach. This house will surprise you with all its perks and charms. The main floor has open layout with kitchen, greatroom and den, along with 3 bedrooms. The light and airy basement with private entrance is completely finished with gaming tables and two additional private sleeping alcoves. One alcove furnished with a queen bed and the 2nd with two twin beds. Each alcove is shared by a full bathroom. In addition to the great space indoors, outdoors is a fabulous deck for entertaining and a great pool for both kids and adults. A children's playset is also on the property. Lastly you will be given private beach access to Clearwater Beach on Hog Creek, known for its magnificent sunsets. Clearwater Beach, boasts a picnic area, bathing beach with lifeguard, bathrooms, beautiful marina and brand new playground, perfect for families! This family oriented vacation home offers all the amenities needed to create life long memories!

Had one of the best times in my life with my family in East Hampton. The house is located in the Clearwater Beach section and affords access to their private beach which was so awesome for the kids. The sunsets were magnificent. Pool has great lighting and fountains. Everything you ever need for entertaining.
