House, 4 Bedrooms, 1.5 Baths (Sleeps 8)

This classic 1930s style house is located on Central Ave. It's a corner property with lots of light, newly renovated, located just 2 1/2 blocks from the beach, and 2 blocks from Piccini Brick Oven Pizza (best pizza in town!).

The house is 2250 square feet, and includes 4 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, living room, dining room, kitchen with pantry, laundry room, and attic. Bedrooms are on the second floor, they all have closet space, and there is also a full bath on the second floor for easy access to all 4 bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, one has two single beds, and the third & fourth bedrooms each have a queen bed.

The main floor of the house has the living room, dining room, kitchen, pantry, laundry room, and powder room. There is a covered side porch off the dining room, and a back deck which is accessible from the kitchen. By the deck there is also an outdoor shower and gas grill. There is a small garden at the front of the house, and a side yard.

The house is full of character and charm. Things like glass door knobs, stained glass windows, high ceilings, and antique furniture are present throughout.

We had a great vacation in this house. It is in a perfect location with a short walk to everything. The house is full of character, lovely decorating & very spacious. The flowers around the property were gorgeous. The 2 porches provided plenty of relaxing time outside for people watching and the back porch had a grill which is one of the reasons we liked the house. The owners are very nice and have a done a wonderful job with their home. We would highly recommend this home & will be back next summer.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
