Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

This beautiful direct-oceanfront two-level condo is in the Century 1 Building, Ocean City's tallest building. Century 1 is located at 99th street and the beach, next door to the Plaza Condominiums and two doors down from the Clarion Resort Fontaineblue Hotel The condo is on the 1st floor (2 and 3 levels above ground) and is perfect to see and hear the sights and sounds of the beach, which is only steps away.

Two bedrooms/bathrooms, located on separate levels include brand new beds - king bed upstairs and a pyramid-style bed (single over double with pull out single-trundle) below. Brand new flat screen TV's and entertainment system - just bring your I-pod/phone!

Full kitchen with dishwasher, linens provided, keyless-entry and beach gear (chairs, umbrella, etc) as well.

Pack your bathing suit and come on 'down the ocean' for a fabulous and relaxing vacation!

About The Owner

We are a family that loves the beach and have enjoyed this beachhouse for several years now since our purchase - this is our first time sharing it with others but it is too fabulous to be empty and we can't enjoy it every week ourselves.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2009
Why The Owner chose Century I Ocean City

We fell in love with the Century 1 building the first time we saw it. There are constant updates to the building as the owners truly care about keeping it the number one building on the beach.

What a week !

The vacation was fantastic. The condo was immaculate upon arrival.There was more than enough space and we were suprised to find all the comforts of home already provided. The view of the ocean from our first floor balcony was incredible. We enjoyed all the amenities at the condo. We had a fabulous time and would definitely recommend this property to others,as a matter of fact we have already started our fund to stay next year!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Oceanfront condo was a great location. There is an indoor pool, but it is only available for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day. We were able to use a nearby hotels' pool and spa rooms since it wasn't available. Easy access to the Ocean City buses which are only $3 to ride all day. Linens and towels were provided, so that was great. The place was clean and a good value. The owner was very easy to work with and a good experience and we would rent from her again.
