Townhome, AC, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms , sleeps 8-9

The 120 sq.m house is just near the ramparts with a spectacular sea view. It is an antique house tipically build on three levels with AC . There are two roof terraces. The first one is in extention of the living room, 15 sq.m with sea view. The second one, upstairs, is bigger : 25 sq.m with a 360° magnificent view over the cape of Antibes, mountains and the old town (Picasso Museum).

The house was just renovated with traditional materials, hand-made-terra cotta floor,double glazing,fully equiped kitchen and wifi .

Ground floor : guest bedroom with a twin bed (can be swithched to a king size bed) and a single bed - bathroom

First floor :Kitchen-diningroom-livingroom with sea view.

Second floor : bedroom with a king bed and a single bed - sea-view.

Bathroom.

Third Floor :Bedroom/ living room with a comfortable sofa bed (real mattress). Opening directely on the terrace with sea view.

The terrace is equipped like a summer kitchen.

fourth floor : spetacular terrace(25 sq.m) with view over the mediterranean and the old town.

Wonderful family vacation

My family and I spend a wonderful 2 weeks in this lovely home. It was very special for me because all of my children (adults) were able to come. The house easily accomodated all of us and we have wonderful pictures of dinners on the terrace. In addition to the beautiful sea views, the market is just a few blocks and is open 6 days a week. We bought fresh bread, wine and cheese daily. In the old town, there are many interesting shops and excellent restaurants. In addition, the train station was within walking distance which made site seeing to near by towns easy and inexpensive. The owners were wonderful and I would love to come back again and again and again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers

2 wonderful weeks in Antibes !:)

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful location for 2 weeks in July. The Townhouse easily housed 6 people and because of the floor-plan offered privacy whenever wanted.

The 2 patios are magnificent and offers a wonderful view of the ocean , the mountains as well as the old town of Antibes.

A more central location , and still in a quiet nabohood , will be difficult to find. Easy access to all the best Antibes has to offer: The charming Old town, the market , the harbours , 3 beaches and public transportation (bus and trains) - if needed. No car necessary ! And if you bring one , the owner has reserved parking for you 5 minutes walk away - wonderful service.

Cordial , and again a very pleasant and helpful owner and family !.

We will be back :)

The charming flowered path leads You to the door of the house,located in the village overlooking the sea-beautifull! We had wonderful time and the owners very nice. Shall be back,soon we hope!
