FOUR BEDROOM HOME IN NOOSA HEADS

FIVE MINUTES LEVEL WALK TO HASTINGS STREET AND BEACH

This four bedroom two bathroom fully air conditioned home was completely renovated and refurbished in 2009 to the highest standard under architect supervision and now has new kitched, bathroom, family room, single garage etc. New floor coverings and designer furniture throughout were added to complete the picture.

Outside, the original pool has been removed and replaced with a new larger than average concrete and tile pool complete with water feature and solar heating (to around 22 degree) for year round enjoyment. The new glass pool fencing makes the property totally safe and ideal for young children. Beside the pool there is a table setting for six for casual outdoor dining and two sun lounges for total relaxation. The property is totally and securely fenced, fully landscaped with a lovely Balinese touch and absolutely perfect for small children. There are no steps or stairs. Everything is on one level and stroller friendly.

The home is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac but only a mere four minite level walk to Hastings Street and Noosa's main beach.

The property is in very fine company. The adjoining home just recently completed is one of the most expensive and spectacular homes in Noosa. The house directly opposite won the Queensland Home of the Year in 2005.

In the other direction from the beach, it is a mere nine minute level walk to the Quamby Place complex which boasts a large well stocked convenience supermarket, a liquor shop, and no less than five dining options including an award winning Japanese restaurant and the well known Ricky's Restaurant which has been totally refurbished and has gained a reputation for hosting celebrity weddings apart from spectacular dining.

    In brief, there is an initial holding deposit required of $330 which will secure your booking. Then there is an amount of 50% of the total booking (less the $330) required six months before the chosen dates, and then the final 50% required one week before arrival. THERE ARE NO BOOKING FEES. THERE IS NO BOND REQUIRED.

Crisp white linen and towels are provided with a five star standard and presentation by a leading firm of professional cleaning contractors. Please note the property is not serviced daily. However for bookings in excess of eight days a mid stay clean is provided. A starter pack of soaps, shampoo, conditioners, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, dishwashing liquid and powder, laundry detergent and toilet paper is provided. The property has full laundry facilities including a washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing board and iron. The only thing you need to bring (apart from your wallet) are beach towels. The property is managed and maintained by one of Noosa's leading property management professionals who offer a check in / check out service seven days a week from 8am to 6pm. Normal check in is 2pm and check out is 10am but early check in and late check out can sometimes be arranged with prior notice.
