This Vero Beach property is located within a secure gated community of Castaway Cove. It is a modern family villa with three spacious bedrooms, large living and dining room, large kitchen with range, stove, microwave oven, dishwasher and fridge. It includes two-car garage and a laundry room. Master bedroom has a king bed, large bathroom with shower and bath and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite bathroom and closets. The third bedroom has two twin beds and closets. There is a third bathroom with shower and bath. All bedrooms have Cable TV sets with DVD's and the internet and phone service is included.

Large fenced-in furnished patio with gas barbecue and a 36-foot private pool offers a leisurely outdoor dining and recreation in warm Florida weather. A private ocean beach is located within a 2-minute walk to the East. To the West of the property is the Indian River Lagoon that forms a significant portion of the Intracoastal Waterway with opportunities for boating, fishing and other water born recreational activities. It offers private and public marinas and boat launch facilities. Vero Beach and Indian River County have some of the best places in the country for surfing, diving and snorkeling as well as Nature Preserves to explore. In addition to exclusive private golf clubs, there are attractive public golf courses. Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Disney World and Kennedy Space Center are located within driving distance from the property.

This is an amazing vacation property......charming.....and....quite emaculate...and right off the most perfect beach....minites from the center of town and miracle mile shopping....wonderful restaurants......Riverside theatre productions and symphony performances.....but back to the house....it is set in a lovely...quiet ....gated neighborhood..........the owners take paticular pride in this home.......it is lacking nothing......beautiful....warm...saltwater pool...barbecue....lovely patio furniture........ironed linens....yes.....ironed!.....quite European indeed.......I've been renting vacation homes for quite some time......this is at the top of my list.........we're coming back!..........

Fabulous vacation rental! The owner was very nice and easy to work with. The pictures and description of the property do not do the home justice. The house was immaculate! The beds were very comfortable and the master bathroom shower was wonderful. The outdoor area was our favorite. We lounged by the pool during the day and grilled at night. The pool was amazing! When we booked our vacation rental we knew there was a pool, but when we jumped in for the first time, we were pleasantly surprised to find out it was a SALT WATER POOL. The beach was a 2 minute walk, and restaurants, shops and grocery stores are a 5min drive. Castaway Cove was the perfect location. We highly recommend this rental and hope to return soon!
