Guestbook comments from the manager
Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable. The home was more than we had
anticipated - lots of space for two couples each having their own
bathroom, kitchen and deck if they so choose. The back decks had a
spectacular ocean view and in the morning we enjoyed our coffee while
watching the breath taking sunrises.
Within a short walking distance from the house we experienced
delicious local food and the some of the best wine we have ever tasted.
It makes my mouth water just thinking about it.
We rented a car and easily found our way around the island. A short
5 minute drive to the town of Angra where one will find everything
needed. This quaint and charming town was full of history and
beautiful gardens for an afternoon stroll. The town had a beautiful
beach which we were able to experience snorkeling.
The local people were very accommodating and most spoke English.
The island was small enough to lend itself to many day trips full of
amazing vistas. Almost every trip we made presented itself with an
A vacation of a lifetime.
Thank you to the Azevedo family for sharing a piece of paradise for the
most memorable 25th wedding anniversary that we will always cherish.
