Come to unspoilt Grenada and experience the real Caribbean! Tivigny is just 10 minutes' drive from the Grand Anse shopping/restaurant area but feels a world away. The infinity pool perched above the bay has a waterfall edge and 'wet bar' and is fenced with glass balustrades and gated, ideal for families with small children. The living accommodation is extremely spacious for a 3-bedroom villa with 4,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space to enjoy. Each en-suite bedroom is airy, light and romantic, with louvre doors and windows, polished hardwood floor, ceiling fan, air conditioning and a balcony.

The Great Room has a high 'cathedral' ceiling of tropical hardwood rafters, plus 32' LCD TV, home cinema surround system, PC with broadband Internet and Wi-Fi. A short walk away is a a small blacksand beach where the boats are moored. Motorboat, Hobie Cat and two ocean kayaks included. Golden sand beaches accessible by boat or kayak from the beach at Tivigny. Good snorkeling right in the bay.
A hire car is useful if you want to explore the island but not essential. Tivigny is down a short country track off a good main road leading to all destinations. Buses and taxis are plentiful. Famous Grand Anse Beach is just ten minutes by road.
Grenada is the most southerly of the Windward Islands, situated in the Caribbean Sea about 150 miles south-west of Barbados and 90 miles north of Trinidad. The climate is warm all year round, with daytime temperatures typically around 82°F (28°C). There is usually a pleasant trade wind breeze. The island was formerly a British colony until granted independence in 1975. Development has been slower on Grenada than on many islands, and the pace of life here remains relaxed and unhurried. The Grenadian people are friendly, outgoing and welcoming to visitors.
Air connections are excellent, with regular flights from London Gatwick, Miami, New York, San Juan, Toronto and Frankfurt.
For those seeking an unspoilt laid-back destination, Grenada has everything to offer: sandy beaches, spectacular rainforest scenery, waterfalls, hiking and all kinds of water sports including snorkelling, diving and sailing. The capital, St George’s, is one of the prettiest and best-preserved towns in the West Indies, with colonial-style brick and gingerbread buildings rising up the hillside behind the busy Carenage lined with fishing boats and trading vessels. A spectacular new marina (Port Louis)attracts a heady mix of millionaires, celebrities and their megayachts particularly in the winter season.
There are plenty of good shops and supermarkets, restaurants in all price ranges and a handful of lively nightspots. Duty-free shopping is available at the Esplanade Mall by the cruise ship dock.

'An oasis of calm, beauty and tranquility'
Just a quick note to say how wonderful our stay in your beautiful house was. We seemed to enter a paradise as soon as we climbed the steep drive. The feeling of space and air was so calming . We loved the way you can feel inside when you are outside and outside when you are inside – a very clever design! Beautiful furniture and decoration all added to the experience. Views across a magical swimming pool over to a picture postcard sea. What more could one ask for in the Caribbean. Thank you so much for letting us share in your oasis of calm, beauty and tranquility. - Robin Raban-Williams (plus family of 5 girls)
'The location is stunning'
Tivigny House is ideally located, just 10 minutes drive from all the supermarkets of Grand Anse, yet far enough away to feel 'away from it'. The location is stunning overlooking Hog Island and Clarke’s Court Bay. The villa itself is tastefully furnished, with the decor and attention to detail second to none. The house has exactly the right number of outdoor lounging spots for both getting to the sun, and getting away from it. The stunning views are from every room in the house, and particularly the infinity swimming pool, which sits ideally overlooking the bay and is stunning both night and day. The owners have ensured that nothing is left to thought, the service throughout our stay was second to none and I would highly recommend this villa to all. - Shaun Simons
'The most delightful villa'
Tivigny House is without doubt the most delightful villa we have ever had the pleasure to stay in. From the stunning views to the architecture and furnishings, everything was of the highest quality. I would not hesitate to recommend a stay there to anyone with a taste for privacy and refinement who is in need of a little luxury. - Sarah Moseley
