Jewel of the Baja - where Desert meets the Sea.
From the moment you see the arch, you will know you are in a special place. Nestled at the tip of the Baja Peninsula or Land’s End, you will be staying just around the corner from the famous arch that divides the Pacific from the Sea of Cortez. Terrasol is located on one mile of private beach on the Pacific surrounded by spectacular rock formations and waves that crash on the shores in hypnotic rhythms. This is Terrasol Beach Resort, unique, quiet, close. There is nothing like it.

This is an end unit so it has extra windows on one side. It also is on the top floor and has vaulted ceilings. The patio is the most used space there. There is an awesome view of the Pacific looking South where whales can be seen on there trip from Alaska. There is comfortable patio furniture to relax while you are enjoying the view. I always tell people to bring binoculars.
The beach and Ocean are the main attractions. Although the beach is not suitable for taking dips if you aren't a strong swimmer because of the riptide but world class skimboarding contests are held in front and if you like to surf fish, you can bring your equipment and give it a try. If you are adventurous, you can climb the rocks and go over to Lovers and divorce beach which surround the arch. There you can do some snorkeling and enjoy a swimming beach. The intensity of the waves change almost daily.
Terrasol is a perfectly located low-rise, low-density resort offering privacy and tranquility. About Kevin Gilligan
We were both born and raised in Colorado. We like to kayak, ride bikes, golf and ski.
When we are in Cabo we like to fish, walk the beach, watch sunsets, I swim in the surf (be careful if you do), hike over the rocks to Lover's Beach, Snorkel, go to Santa Maria and Chileano Bays, and maybe our most exciting times have come watching whales.
Kevin Gilligan purchased this condo in 2006
Why Kevin Gilligan chose Cabo San Lucas
Went to Cabo as a teenager in 1973 with some High School buddies. Not much there except natural beauty and great weather.
Vacationed with the family over 30 years later and realized how great the weather is and decided to buy a time share next door in Playa Grande. When we figured out that there isn't a better location in Cabo with the private beach on one side and a short walk to most everything on the other, bought 2 more time share weeks.
I want to retire in Cabo and there isn't another individual ownership property on a beach any where near.
A short plane flight and you can change temperatures 30 degrees or more. Not too humid. It is in the tropic of cancer and is one of few deserts on the sea.
Great fishing and other activities on the high sea make this a magical place for an in lander from Colorado. Seems there is always something that makes every trip special.
What makes this condo unique
The private beach is one of few in Mexico. It costs the resorts plenty for the privilege but it makes the difference between a relaxing or annoying vacation.
