Located near the famous perfume town of Grasse and the historic village of Valbonne, this spacious new villa is set on a 1 acre of grounds in a very quiet environment for a relaxing holiday. There is a large, very private, swimming pool surrounded by palm trees.The very large garden offers a children play area including tree house, gymnastic beam, trampoline, ping pong table and rackets sports. It includes as well a very large terrace (partly covered) with BBQ. This recent villa (2004) has lots of charm with all brand new high quality facilities which will make your stay comfortable as well as practical: hand made stone fireplace, refreshing ground air cooling for hot summers, 3 spacious bedrooms (1 master bedroom including private bathroom and walk-in closet), 3 bathrooms (including jacuzzi) , TV room which can be converted into a bedroom, a large fully equipped kitchen, 3 TVs (one of 52 inches with Home Cinema) and a beautiful dining room seating 8 people.

This spacious villa is ideally located in the countryside away from the crowded coastal cities. You will enjoy the famous villages of Grasse, Valbonne and Gourdon, only 10 min away. Hiking or cycling in the nearest mountains are 20 min away. Lots of shops (bakery, bookshops and supermarkets) and restaurants are within 10 mn drive. Various golf courses are close, nearest called Grande Bastide is only 5 min away by car.Should you want to enjoy the beaches, the cities of Cannes and Antibes are 25 mn away.

  • PAYMENT:

    A 30% deposit of the total rental cost is required at time of booking. Outstanding balance is required 4 weeks before arrival date, together with a security deposit of 2000 Euros to cover breakages, damage etc. This security deposit will be returned after rental after no problem check at the departure by owner.

    ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE:

    Arrival times are till 20:00, reasonable later times will need to be agreed in advance. Departure times are by 10:00am.
    Maid Service is included in price at beginning and end of rental,. If rental period is greater than one week, maid will attend once every week. telephone is charged extra as to meter. Linen and towels are included in the price.
    Discount for bookings of more than 2 weeks.

We had perfect holiday dis summer aug. 2009. The house is very beautiful the pool is graet also the garden.
In the house is everything ok! the kitchen bedrooms and living area and the coolfloor is very nice. The listing description is very accurate. The property was very clean. And the owner was very nice and gived us very good tour. We recommend this property to everybody with or without children. Our familie and friends had a great time Thanks!!!

We enjoyed a wonderful family holiday in this charming house. It is beautifully furnished with a lovely garden and pool area as promised in the description. We were met with a warm welcome and there was very comprehensive information available on everything we might need to know about in the house, and helpful maps of the surrounding areas. The house is very peaceful, surrounded by woods yet within short drives to some lovely villages which we enjoyed visiting, (including Gourdon from which there are wonderful views). There were activites for three generations of the family including swimming and ping pong. We enjoyed many lovely meals on the porch and in general would recommend this property highly.

Ideal family holiday property

I can recommend this property almost without qualification. It is a beautiful house, light and airy with air cooling, every amenity that you could possibly wish for, a lovely pool and gardens, an outdoor barbecue, table tennis and very good local services.

The only point that I would make is that whilst the description refers to accommodation for 8 people, I think that it would be less than comfortable for more than 6, especially if there were more than 4 adults in the party.

But that apart, I would wholeheartedly recommend this property.
