Our 2 bedroom, completely renovated condo has a large, comfortable living area open to the kitchen. The fully outfitted kitchen has granite counters, a gas stove and washer/dryer. All the furnishings, including the mattresses, are brand new and the place was painted summer 2011.
The master bedroom has a queen sized captains bed with drawers underneath and a full closet. The guest bedroom has a trundle which opens to a queen, a desk, and a walk in closet. Hardwood floors throughout, super clean. Free high speed wifi included.
The brownstone is well-kept and on a quiet block. The Charles River is a block away, with bike and walking paths, sailing or a gazebo boat ride. Sunsets over Cambridge on the other side of the river are not to be missed. In summer enjoy free concerts at the famous Hatch Shell. World-class shopping and dining are a few blocks as well.
Stroll to the Museum of Fine Arts or Gardner Museum or go the opposite way to the nearby Public Gardens and the Boston Common. The Hynes Convention Center is a 10 minute walk.
Fantastic location--walk to everything or hop on the subway (the T) a few blocks away and the entire city, plus Cambridge is there for you. Colleges, the State House, the Freedom Trail, theater, museums, restaurants, historic sites, window or real shopping abound. Guestbook comments from the owner
Just a quick email to say thank you very much for trusting us with your beautiful apartment in Boston on our recent visit. We had a wonderful stay, and can't think of anywhere we would rather have stayed. The location was perfect, and the accommodation just right for our little family. Our wee girl Lily just loved the playground along the road, and had the best fun waiting for the green man at the traffic lights (we don't have any of them in Cayman!). The only bad bit about our stay was leaving - we could happily have stayed in your lovely apartment in the beautiful city of Boston for another week. Next time!
