Located on the edge of the harbor, this quintessential 1930’s cottage has been completely renovated while maintaining the architectural integrity and charm! Many spaces to relax both inside and outside of the home ensure that everyone’s vacation needs will be met. Three generous bedrooms and additional sleeping space adjacent to the third floor TV room. Wander through the lushly landscaped yard down to your dock for boating or to just watch the ferry pass by. Also incorporated into the landscape is a built in stone pool with two whirlpools. An ideal vacation location being only 1/2 mile to the beach and a bit less than a mile to downtown, yet plenty of elbow room as you are situated on two and a half acres.
