We rent to Families with children, Adults must be 25 years of age or older.

This year round vacation home is located directly on Long Lake with all of the amenities the discretionary vacationer would desire.

Great family retreat sleeps 14 (1 king, 3 queen, 6 twin). Relax in this waterfront home with lake views on three sides located less than 50 feet to the shore of Long Lake. Enjoy the convenience of lakefront living in the Friendly Village of Harrison Maine. Easy walk to restaurants, convenience store, ice cream shop, library, post office, boat rental, marina, boat launch and public beach.

The open concept is tastefully decorated inside and out it includes custom stone fireplace, panoramic lake views, 5 bedrooms, 3 full and 2 half baths, top of the line kitchen, great room, movie theater, cable TV, exercise room, loft, central air, fire pit with rocking chairs, double chaise lounges, outdoor dining tables, gas grill, kayaks and more.

Please note: (October-May) Outdoor furniture and kayaks are winterized in one of the two garage bays. Docks are removed from the lake in late October and reinstalled in the beginning of May.

**Waterfront has gradual deep water not suitable for toddlers and small children. Our parcel is 1/3 of a flat acre with the lake being steps away from the house. Access to the water at our property is accessable from the docks as the shoreline drops off slightly with granite slabs along the waterfront with sandy bottom with mix of rocks and plant life, no beach. The depth of the water at the shoreline is approximately 2+/- feet and 7+/- feet at the end of the docks.

Great Place to relax!!!

This house was a great place for our 3 families to stay, relax and enjoy ourselves (13 overall - 6 adults & 7 kids). The lake, the space (the kids room, cool), the home theatre and the amazing huge kitchen were very fabulous and practical. The weather was at the "Rendez-vous" and the ducks were happy to see us.

Old Orchard beach is not far away and was fun and on the ONE rainy day, the North Conway Outlets were a great escape.

The house keeper was very kind and made sure our stay was a great one.

The rental house on Long Lake was fabulous. The house is beautifully decorated, well taken care of and sparkling clean. It's location right on the lake and within walking distance to town makes it very convenient.

We had a house full of adults and kids and there was more than enough room for all of us to hang out. The bedrooms are all out of a Pottery Barn catalog and are a nice size. The kids "Madeline" room is huge and was a great space for the kids to hang out. Downstairs both the living room and kitches areas are large and roomy with beautiful views of the lake. The kitchen is well stock and equipped with top line appliances. There is also a grill outside for BBQing.

In addition to outdoor activities - kayaking, swimming, fishing off the dock, & lounging outside (great lounge chairs!) - we also enjoyed the movie theatre & work out room. We had a fantastic time and look foward to revisiting this home in the future. I would highly recommend this property.

We loved it!

We booked the house for an annual family reunion. We've been doing this for about 10 years now, and this home ranks in the top 2 so far. The home itself is great, plenty of room for all 11 of us, different ages and interests. The lake is just steps from the house, and the water was wonderful - also enjoyed the kayaks. We enjoyed walking to the ice cream shop at night with the kids, and sitting in the hot tub and the hammock was great for reading. We loved the theater, but the older members of our family really missed having regular television, since the younger people weren't always around to load a movie from netflix or other sources. All in all, a wonderful place for a family vacation.
Owner's Response: We are so pleased that you enjoyed our home. We are adding HD digital cable to the theatre room and a 42" Smart TV with HD digital cable to the loft area. We hope that these additions will add to the enjoyment of our future guest stays. Please note that the hot tub and hammock have been removed from the property as we ran into maintenance issues during our first rental season. The double chaise lounges are a great place to relax and enjoy a good book and there is nothing like sitting under the beautiful big sky enjoying a campfire in a rocking chair.

Long Lake Luxury is definitely a Luxury! We have stayed at several places and nothing compares to this amazing home. The in town convenience is at the top of our list. The older kids were able to walk to get ice cream, pizza, and to the play ground. We walked to dinner, the farmers market for fresh vegetables, pies, bread and more.... , the bank, the convenience store to get the daily paper - definitely the "Friendly Village" as the sign says as you enter the town of Harrison. What a great week to kick back and rejuvenate at the lake ~ campfires, star gazing, listening to the call of the Loons, fun in the kayaks and board games with the kids! Looking forward to renting here again!
