The apartment has the superiority of being located in a residential apartment building with double door and coded security as well as the excellence of being located in the most central, safe, family friendly and trendy area of Paris.

Located a few metres from Place des Vosges and Le Maris district, you are in the heart of Paris on the second floor of a small building with a lift. 

This is a very pleasant neighbourhood, full of restaurants, bars and cafés. You are next to beautiful places such as Victor Hugo's house, the Opera Bastille, the island Saint Louis next to Notre Dame !

This beautiful and peaceful property consists of two rooms. 

In the living room, you will find a double sofa-bed, a coffee table, 2 armchairs and a beautiful wooden chest.

Then you enter the kitchen that overlooks the whole charming space. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped. 

You then have access to a bathroom with basin, toilet, mirror and bathtub.

From the living you enter the second room, the bedroom where there is a bed for 2 people, a bedside table and a storage space.

The apartment has a wireless Internet connection, a television with around 60 channels, a washing machine and a dishwasher.

This apartment is located in the most central district of Paris (Louvre, Marais, Hotel de Ville, The Seine River, Palais Royal and Notre Dame!).

When you are a parisian, you love to leave in this area as you can go everywhere in Paris only by foot or by bike !

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment :

- is with a complete equipment (towels, soap, hair dryer, internet, TV…)

- has just been renovated, and it is very luxurious.

- is close to groceries stores, bakeries, restaurants to experience Parisians lifestyle.

I'm sure you will like it!

Car: not necessary

This very beautiful apartment is ideally located in Le Marais, near La Place des Vosges and La Place de la Bastille where the Opera of Paris is located. This is an old place, the oldest place of Paris originally named the Place Royale which construction, between 1605 and 1612 was decided by king Henry IV.

Four fabulous arcades surround the square, all made of red bricks and stone facings. Victor Hugo, one of France’s most famous novelist, did wrote the famous book 'Les Miserables' in his apartment located on the 6th Place des Vosges.

Le Centre Georges Pompidou, a mecca for modern art, and the Hotel de Ville are just next to your place. Along the boulevard Beaumarchais are located all kind of shops and stores: Bakery, Butchery, Supermarket, Restaurant, Cafe, Club, Laundromat,...and much more.

Beautiful flat

Beautiful flat let by a charming person. My mother and I stayed in Johan's flat for 3 days, two nights and felt our trip to Paris was far too short! The flat was clean and very well appointed with attention to detail especially in the kitchen. Guidebooks and etc were very helpful as was the fast WiFi connection. Thanks for a lovely stay! We hope all future guests have as wonderful time in Paris as we did.

We had an excellent experience and the location in the 5th. unit could not be in a better location to explore Paris. The apartment was perfect, very clean and accuratly discribed on the web site. Johan was very helpful and pleasant in answering any and all of our questions. As first time visitors to the Paris area, we couldn't have more pleased.

We spent one week in this lovely apartment in Paris. Excellent location, very well equipped and spotless. We loved the decoration of the apartment. The bed was very comfortable and the living room was really lovely. The kitchen was fully equipped and modern. The main hotspots of Paris are within a few minutes walking distance which was fantastic. We had an amazing experience in here!!
