This very beautiful apartment is ideally located in Le Marais, near La Place des Vosges and La Place de la Bastille where the Opera of Paris is located. This is an old place, the oldest place of Paris originally named the Place Royale which construction, between 1605 and 1612 was decided by king Henry IV.
Four fabulous arcades surround the square, all made of red bricks and stone facings. Victor Hugo, one of France’s most famous novelist, did wrote the famous book 'Les Miserables' in his apartment located on the 6th Place des Vosges.
Le Centre Georges Pompidou, a mecca for modern art, and the Hotel de Ville are just next to your place. Along the boulevard Beaumarchais are located all kind of shops and stores: Bakery, Butchery, Supermarket, Restaurant, Cafe, Club, Laundromat,...and much more.
