Crystal Sands Villa #12A located directly on Crescent Beach. #1 beach in USA!

This Villa had a complete renovation in 2006. Everything is still like new. One of the few 3 bedroom rentals available at not only Crystal Sands, but on Siesta Key. About 100 yard walk from the Villa to the ocean-side heated pool and the #1 beach in the ! There is also a 2nd heated pool available, viewable from Villa #12A.There is also a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico from the kitchen and dining room windows. Villa #12A does not have a washer / dryer within the Villa but there are two coin-operated machines in the Crystal Sands Office building a few steps from Villa #12A.

Perfect location to the beach. Lots to do within an hour driving. Spacious condo. The beds were not very comfortable. Other than that the stay was nice.

This property turned out better than what we thought from looking at the pictures. The place is roomy, clean, and at a walking distance to the beach. We had a great time, enjoyed the property and area. Would definitely recommend this to a friend.
