Beautiful newly renovated home located among the orchards with amazing views over the city and Okanagon Lake.

Relax with a glass of local wine on the huge deck, which stretches the entire length of the back of the home.

Enjoy the great views while barbequeing; the outdoor dining easily entertains 6 to 8. Laze on the lounger beds while watching the fabulous sunsets.

Beat the summer heat in the very private pool, surrounded by a sun-drenched deck.

Unwind by the gas fireplace in the unusual and comfortable living room, with french doors to the panoramic deck.

The home has maple hardwood floors throughout, and cedar ceilings and closets for your clean comfort.

Sunset Vista offers a huge gourmet kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a large sit-up island.

Spacious and comfortable dining area for 8 to 10.

Master bedroom with king bed, ensuite bathroom (2 piece); queen bedroom, bunk bed bedroom. All new linens.

Master bath features a soaker tub, separate shower, double vanity.

Although Sunset Vista is in a country like setting, it is conveniently close to many amenitites such as; major stores and restaurants; golf; wineries; skiing at Big White; airport; childrens play parks; hiking in the hills; as well as the main attraction - Okanagon Lake, for swimming, boating, sailing.

In addition to the main house, there is a large, completely separate suite on the lowel level. This would accommodate large families or groups wishing to travel together, but preferring some privacy. The suite features 1 bedroom with king bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, queen sofa bed in living room. Sunken living room with gas fireplace, kitchenette, bathroom, and patio.

I booked Sunset Vista for a family getaway to the Okanagan and was not disappointed. The home is located on the edge of Kelowna, surrounded by orchards but still only minutes away from shops, restaurants etc. The view from the deck is spectacular and the home certainly lives up to its name. Inside, the house is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

From the moment we arrived we felt relaxed and content. The location of this home is perfect, peaceful and private.
Sitting on the deck, watching the sunset was truly incredible. We enjoyed walking around the orchard hills, being so close to many activities and vineyards and lounging in the pool was a great way to spend the afternoons.
The gourmet kitchen was also fantastic. Although we did have a few amazing meals out, we also enjoyed cooking in this kitchen!
The beds were comfortable, the whole house had a fresh feel to it.
I would strongly recommend this property and look forward to coming back soon!
