This attractive, brand new flat on the ground floor of a private villa with swimming-pool is ideally situated to visit Cannes and the surrounding villages. The pretty, authentic, rural village of Pegomas is between Cannes(where the film festival takes place) and Grasse (with it's perfume factories) 30 mins from Nice airport, 10 mins from the sea and half an hour from the mountains. The self-contained 2-room flat opens onto a private terrace with garden furniture a step away from the swimming-pool. The garden boasts shady and sunny areas. The swimming-pool, garden and parking area are shared with the owners of the villa who discreetly leave the guests to enjoy the pool on their own. The owners are a mixed English/French couple who speak both languages fluently and also understand German and Italian.

A Honeymoon Stay

My wife and I spent our honeymoon, (this year 2008) at this villa. The accommodation and the entire stay was absolutely wonderful.

The hosts, who live next to the villa were very nice and gave us lots of advice about all the nice places to vist and excellent places to eat.

The swimming pool was gorgeous and the owners leave you in peace to enjoy pool to yourselves. The pool is very clean and there were a selection of inflatables to use whilst lazing in the water.

Not far from Cannes or Nice and only a boat trip journey of 2hrs to St Tropez. We spent many nights eating out at various places and our favourite was in the beautiful arty village of Mougin.

You will not be disappointed with a stay here !!

Abwechslungsreicher und erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben zwei schöne Urlaubswochen bei herrlichem Sonnenschein in der Ferienwohnung verbracht und uns sehr gut erholt.

Wohnung, Terrasse, Garten und Pool entsprachen der Beschreibung und waren relativ sauber. Der Garten könnte etwas mehr gepflegt sein jedoch bot er uns je nach Bedarf Schatten oder Sonne am sauberen, sehr erfrischenden Pool.

Die Strände der Umgebung sind zahlreich und leicht zugänglich, der nächste in Cannes ist ca.12km entfernt.

Die nahe Umgebung mit Cannes, Antibes, Grasse, Nizza, St.Tropez, Monaco, das Hinterland (die Seealpen), usw., usw. bietet viele Möglichkeiten, wir konnten innerhalb von 2 Wochen nicht alles erkunden.

Für die Mischung aus "Relaxen an Pool oder Strand" und "Erkunden der Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region" bietet das Feriendomizil in Pegomas eine ideale Basis.

Die Besitzer waren sehr nett und hilfreich aber keinesfalls aufdringlich. Wir können dieses Feriendomizil mit gutem Gewissens empfehlen und werden gerne nochmal wiederkommen, denn man kann sich gut erholen und es gibt einfach noch vieles zu entdecken.
