House, 4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths (Sleeps 7)

Beautiful, private retreat in Southampton, North Sea area close to Little Peconic Bay. Gorgeous pool setting in professionally landscaped 1.3 acre. Quiet, peaceful. Home is on a cul de sac and off of a cul de sac. 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, in excellent condition. Master bedroom has a king bed (purchased 2012) and gives on private patio with sunken hot tub. Two bedrooms have 2 twin beds each (beds purchased summer 2011), the twin beds can be brought together to make a queen. The last bedroom has 1 twin bed (purchased 2012). Wonderful playroom with lots of toys, train table, thomas trains, children books. Kitchen and bedrooms have just been renovated, one new bedroom just added. Deck patio wraps around house for outdoor dining. Large outdoor gas barbecue. Heated extra large gunite pool, hot tub, outdoor shower with warm water, pretty stone walking paths throughout property. Roses, rhododendrons, hydrangeas, clematis, honeysuckles, lavender,buddleia, apple trees, etc...Automated pool cover by Cover Pool installed for safety. Close to villages, beaches and restaurants and shopping.

BEAUTIFUL, PRIVATE , CONVENIENT LOCATION

We were very impressed with this property inside and out! The landscaping is exquisite and the location is very private yet very convenient to beaches and shopping in Sag Harbor and Southampton. The house is very comfortable for even a larger family, with a playroom for the children on the bottom floor. The bedrooms are situated as to be separate and private. There is a large wrap around deck, fabulous pool, lovely fully equipped kitchen and a working wood fireplace. And the sunsets were brilliant!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We have been staying at this lovely retreat in the Southamptons.
The qualities of this house are the disposition of the rooms, very well designed, the deck and the barbecue with the view on nothing but nature, the garden which is a gem (planted with a variety of trees and plants), the perfect taste of the owners for decoration.
It is a quality home for a wonderful relaxing time that can be appreciated either in the Winter (fireplace working) or in the Summer for the great beaches and shops all around.
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

Beautiful, clean, close to beach

We had a wonderful stay because the house was very comfortable, clean, tastefully decorated, and safe for little children.
I have bad dust allergies and am very picky - but this house presented no problems for me!
We had fun going to the very close beaches, walking the trails in the nearby bird sanctuary, eating out on the deck, and swimming in the heated outdoor pool.
Also, the kitchen has everything you need to cook inside or out (using the barbecue).
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
