5 Stunning 2 bedroom self-catering apartments in Central London- all non-smoking

Three and four star accommodation,just 5 minutes walk to Kings Cross/St Pancras(Eurostar).This is a MAJOR transport hub for national and international travel.The City of London,West End and all Zone One destinations are accessible in 10 minutes by underground. We are located only 1 hour away from all London airports yet situated in a quiet residential street.The apartments are in a Victorian terrace and are aprox 60sq/m.Four have two double bedrooms with 1 ensuite,a living room with sofa bed,separate bathrooms with bath or shower cubicle, kitchen/dining room. Flat four is a penthouse with jacuzzi bath but no ensuite.There is a Tesco supermarket,an M&S food hall and pharmacy close by. Please note the flat has no disabled access or elevator.

The owner speaks fluent English/French/German/Italian and Arabic and is available by phone to respond immediately to any queries .

We do not offer parking and strongly recommend you do not bring a car as parking is very difficult and expensive

Notes to the rental rates

The price includes tax, bath and bed linen and heating.

If you stay for more than a week, the price includes a weekly cleaner and a change of bed and bath linen.

Check in is at 2.00pm and check-out is @ 10.00am. Luggage can be stored at the St Pancras International station Left Luggage facility (opening times Monday to Saturday 6am-10pm, Sunday 7am-10pm). The office is located at the end of St Pancras station (the opposite side of the Eurostar terminal) and is at the back of the domestic ticket office.

Kings Cross-St Pancras has been transformed: St Pancras is a lively, bustling area with many restaurants, bars and cafes including the longest champagne bar in Europe (in the Gothic St Pancras International station). You will find a Time Out guide to London’s restaurants and shops in the house. The area has seen a great deal of development in recent years and visitors who remember Kings Cross-St Pancras from days gone by will be surprised at its transformation. Victorian canalside warehouses have been restored to house new apartments, restaurants and bars and crumbling industrial buildings have been swept away to make way for new hi-tech offices, shops, art galleries (including the cutting-edge Gagosian Gallery) and Kings Place, a new concert hall that is home to the London Sinfonietta and offers concerts and cultural events nightly. The British Library is a 10 minute walk away - treasures include Mozart scores, Beatles lyrics, Shakespeare First Folio and Magna Carta (1215).

The flat is in a quiet side road with restricted one way traffic 5 minutes walk from Kings Cross St Pancras station (zone 1) with its excellent transport facilities. Most central London destinations are a 10 minute tube ride away. The British Museum is in walking distance and the British Library is around the corner. Please refer to the map.

VISITING OUR FLATS BY CAR: We recommend you do NOT bring your car,there is superb public transport facilities at the doorstep..There is very limited parking on the street,it is expensive and all on meters.In addition there is a daily 'Congestion Charge' to drive into central London (tel: +44 845 900 1234) for further details.Please check www.ncp.co.uk for the nearest secure car park if you absolutely must bring a car.

FLAT 34, has been renovated (SPRING 2014) and is our sweet secure modernised maisonette on the ground floor and garden levels. Its part of a Victorian terrace and is 60sq/m. It’s located in a quiet residential one-way street. There are 2 double bed rooms (1 en-suite). It has 2 sofas in the large open plan kitchen / dining room that can both convert into large single beds which can each accommodate 1 person (x2). It has a fully equipped designer kitchen with a washing machine, drying & dish washer machine. It has a TV/DVD. It’s non-smoking & there’s no disabled access and no elevator. The flat is located 5 minutes’ walk away from Kings Cross/St Pancras stations (Eurostar). This is a MAJOR transport hub for national and International travel (SIX subway lines and buses}. Easy access to all major London airports and stations. Close to Islington/shops. The City of London, West End and all Zone 1 destinations are accessible in 10 minutes by underground.

Good location but noisy, ill equipped apartment.

Our family stayed on the street level apartment for one week in early August. It was close to King's Cross and a Tesco market. However, it is located in a noise area. Every night there were people talking loudly outside our windows, people would throw their cigarette butts down the by the basement bedroom window, the smell was very unpleasant. The mugs in the kitchen were dirty and we had to wash them before using them. The kitchen was poorly supplied. The washing machine/dryer took 6 hours to do a single wash. The instructions provided for this machine were for another brand. When booking the apartment the owners were slow to respond to our emails. I would not recommend this apartment for a family visiting London!
Owner's Response: We are very sorry that this guest had a bad experience in our flat; we strive hard to provide help and assistance throughout. We are available by phone during working hours to help with any problems, and are also available for emergencies at any time of night and day. Unfortunately this guest did not contact us at all during his stay so we were not able to rectify any of his complaints. We have a cleaner onsite every day who can attend to domestic matters and we have maintenance people who can step in for more technical problems, usually the same day. Yes the flats are situated in a Central London location so some degree of street noise is to be expected, and yes the maisonettes are at street level. For accredited 3 star accommodation at £30pppn we believe we offer a good deal, and the other reviews speak for themselves.
We will redouble our efforts to ensure every guest has an enjoyable stay in our premises.

Hi, we have just spent 3 nights in London and Northdown street was perfect for our needs. the flat was close to Kings Cross so access to the rest of the city was easy. Debbie was great when my original choice was unavailable and offered us the use of 2 flats over the 3 nights.The house keeper extremely helpful with the flat transfer. The only downfall was carrying our suitcases up 3 flights of stairs.

London...great city!

We traveled to London for 4 days and enjoyed it!!. The apartment is in a good location, near the supermarket, bars, subway, and bus/ train station, etc. It´s nice furnished, and cleaned. It has enough cooking staff and little things for simple cleaning. Debbie has been very helpful with us before our arrival.

Lovely flat in convenient location

This flat is very convenient, being just off Pentonville Rd, but quiet. It is clean and tidy, and as described in the details. It is very simply but tastefully decorated and fitted out.
The flat is only a few minutes walk from the Tube, Kings Cross and St Pancras, and there was a Tesco just around the corner, useful for a few breakfast essentials. We found a nice little restaurant nearby, The Brill, which we would recommend.
We would definitely recommend it.

Handy for the sights of London

The listings were very accurate and the apartment was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The booking procedure was very simple and Debbie was very quick to answer any queries. The apartment was at the top of steep stairs so not ideal for anyone of limited mobility, but gave fabulous views over the rooftops. Handy for tube and buses we found that the buses were easier to use, and you could also see the sights. Would definately recommend this property and would love to visit again.
