This newly renovated cottage is a fantastic place to stay for your visit to Austin.

Discounts offered for reservations that are *weeknight only* - please inquire.

Located in the charming historic neighborhood of Travis Heights, the home is near bustling South Congress Ave. 2 blocks away from Stacy Park which offers a heated spring fed swimming pool, walking trails/green belt and a playground with toddler pool & tennis courts! Easy access to grocery, shopping, dining and entertainment.

I live on the property as well, but the houses have separate entrances/outside areas. The driveway entrance as well as the entrance to the rental are accessible through the alley, so it is all very private.

Secure wireless internet and cable with DVR. House is fully outfitted with cooking utensils, etc. One covered carport space available for parking inside a gated driveway. Washer and dryer in carport available for those staying 4+ days.

Near all of Austin's central bus lines and check out Car2Go.

All our soaps, detergents and cleaning supplies are green/all natural.

A courtesy high chair and Pack & Play are available upon request

Grocery store is a mile away and downtown is only 2 miles away (5 minute drive). Easy access to I-35, the location is absolutely wonderful!!

Description of the listing was accurate, the owner was friendly and helpful but made you feel like they really were not on site - great customer service.
This is a great location for seeing Austin as it is close to downtown and all the interesting sites on Congress Street. Since I was in town for work, the proximity to the office was perfect and the desk and wi-fi in the cottage was very handy. Kitchen had everything you needed. There was ample space in the closet and hangers were provided for clothing. The bed was comfy too. Owner provided plenty of little extras that made it very convenient! Truly a great find!!

My 3 month stay at Brooke's Kenwood home was perfect! The home was spotless and just as described and pictured on-line. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet and safe. My neighbor (Brooke herself) was the best! She was very helpful with all the questions I had about Austin and helped me find the best places to eat and the best places for me to take my toddler. I'm very grateful for Brooke's hospitality and for making my stay in Austin comfortable and fun.

We had a great two day stay at the very private two bedroom attached home. Brooke was available and made a quick delivery when we needed a wine opener (our biggest crisis of the stay). Very friendly cat looking for pats or just someone to sit with. The home is about a 15 min walk to the middle of south congress and less than 10 min from HEB grocery and CVS pharmacy. Everything was clean and I would return again. Thanks
