The Villa is perfectly situated for a peaceful and relaxing holiday any time of the year. Situated on the warmest West coast of Tenrife. Shops, restaurants, supermarkets and banks are all but a stride away. The house has a front line position and overlooks the sea. It is built on one level having only steps to the Jacuzzi area. The house has a heated swimming pool, gardens and terraced areas for your enjoyment along with wash house toilet and outside shower for pool use. Entrance area:The house is entered via a white arched gate from the road into a lawned garden areas with flowers and trees which opens onto the main house doorway which opens into Large hallway from which the other rooms can be accessed. The lounge is large and spacious boasting two three piece suites (one reclining!) a dinning suite and television with BBC1, BBC 2, ITV1 and Channel 4. A Hi-Fi system with tape, CD and radio complete the fabulous appointments. The kitchen is of the highest standard.

The villa is situated in Playa Arena which has one of the finest beaches in this region. Although smallish, it can confidently stand comparison with any other beach of similar size on the island. This is especially true when you consider that while many of Tenerife's popular beaches are man-made using imported sand, the beach here is natural. Its black sand is a constant reminder of the island's powerful volcanic origins. The beach is situated centrally along the main coastal thoroughfare, the Avenida Maritima, which has relatively easy (and free) parking facilities. If you get hungry or develop a thirst you will find yourself spoilt for choice by the many bars, restaurants and shops adjacent to and opposite the beach. Playa de la Arena is also home to a Tourist Information office. Here you will find English-speaking staff who can give you on-the-spot help and information, plus there is always a multitude of leaflets freely available, which will give you further facts about the region.
