This sunny and light beach front one bedroomed apartment faces west which means warm in the winter and a lovely sea breeze in the spring and summer. Its adequate sized balcony means you can comfortably eat in or out whatever your preference. It boasts a cosy lounge and fully fitted kitchen. Separate bath/shower. Good sized bedroom with walk out patio doors to the balcony . There is everything you need for a well earned holiday or just a short romantic break. Ideal for pensioners escaping those dark cold winter nights in their home country as all you require is in this apartment for a few months stay! You wont miss your favourite soaps or football games either as the cable connection is provided to the Ronda building. If your desire is a relaxing holiday with everything you would want all around you then this would be the apartment for you ! Our owner has just added air con/heating unit to make this property the perfect temperature at any time of the year

This one bed apartment sits high up with no other building overlooking it. It boasts a glassed in balcony which is perfect for the occasional chilly evening where you can still admire the beautiful views of Los Boliches beach and sea front right down to the Harbour of Fuengirola Port. Alternatively the windows can be opened so that you can enjoy the afternoon sun to top up your tan after coming back from the beach or a swim in the pool! Two single beds in the bedroom and a sofa bed in lounge . The fully fitted kitchen includes oven/hob and microwave, kettle , toaster , washing machine - hopefully you will bring someone with you to do the dish washing ! The bathroom has just recently been refurbished with a spacious walk in shower. English cable t.v. is optional .

Location: Fuengirola < Costa del Sol - Malaga < Spain

Nearest Airport: Malaga at 45 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway: N340 at 1 Kilometres
Car: not necessary
The apartment sits on the beach front of Los Boliches, a stroll to the village where there are plenty of shops restaurants and the local Church! You can either walk or hop on the train 8 minutes walk away to the larger town of Fuengirola. The zoo is the perfect place to visit for the young and old . Alternatively take the train to the theme park Tivoli World where the children can have hours of entertainment - close by is marine life and a car journey away takes you to the Safari Park of Selwoo . (I was there myself this Easter) Malaga is 20 minutes away by train or you can take any trip to Granada, Sevilla, Cordoba or Ronda for those historical visits . Even the skiing is only two hours away - in the winter months you can sit on the beach and admire the snow top mountains! There are plenty of local markets to visit and lots of information is provided in the local free English paper 'the English Sur'. Here is 'something for everyone ' old and young alike!
