Sit back and relax in the contemporary interior of this delightful period home. Located in a quiet street opposite parkland Clifton Park offers 2 bedroom luxury accommodations for 4 people. Just a short stroll to public transport, local cafe, pub and supermarket and the vibrant cafe and restaurant lifestyle that Clifton Hill and Fitzroy have to offer.

Whilst fully renovated, Clifton Park retains much of its original character together with contemporary features. At the front of the house bedroom 1 has two single beds (can be joined into a king bed if needed) and French doors opening on to a small private garden. The master bedroom has a queen bed and both bedrooms are fitted with built in robes and ducted heating. The comfortable interior of the living room leads through to a dining area and a stylish fully equipped kitchen overlooks the landscaped courtyard where you can enjoy a BBQ and alfresco dining. A large bathroom provides a shower over a spa bath, single vanity and toilet.
