After one night there, I knew I had to write a review to let everyone know what a gem Brisas is! We have a 1-year old child and this was our first family vacation and we couldn't have picked a better place! The home was bright, clean, comfortable and perfect for our little family. The kitchen is so well appointed, we wanted for nothing! The outdoor chairs on the upstairs deck were so comfortable and the hot tub was very clean and user-friendly. The gate at the top of the stairs allowed an over-cautious momma to breathe a lot easier. Our pup loved hanging out in the grass and the top deck with us. The fence is very well kept and low to the ground, so we didn't have to worry about our little chihuahua escaping. The beach is a very very short walk, private, and clean. And the view -- how I dream of waking each morning to that beach view again! Not to mention the sound of the waves -- so relaxing and can be heard from the top and bottom decks. Marilyn was so accommodating and prompt on responses both before and during the stay with any questions we had. We have zero complaints and look forward to making this our annual vacation get away! Oh and the the drive to "town" is a short 10 minutes. This vacation accomplished exactly what it was supposed to - a week of no worries, relaxation, and fun family time!! Thank you so much Marilyn - it's obvious you have put a lot of thought and work into making this a real home for your guests and it is much appreciated!!
